Unlike most fast food places, Jack In The Box fails to allow customers to use reward points in the store. Orders have to be done online, which makes redemption of points less likely. Online orders are also a headache for many customers as myself. Apps also come with technical issues. I was never able to access and use over 600 points of mine. The points were taken from my account. I, therefore, will discourage friends, relatives, etc. from trading with this restaurant unless reward points are able to be redeemed in the store and my lost points are returned to my account or some other compensation for former points from purchases made at this restaurant.
