Jack In The Box review: Manager

I'm very disappointed with this fast food jack in the box restaurant, every time I go either I get the wrong food or I get my food incomplete, in this date 10/23/2020 Friday 7:30 I ordered 4 Items on which I only got 3 of them and I called the manager to get the issue resolved and it was completely the opposite, the manager had really poor costumer service or not at all, I told him about my complaint and he answered either you come and get your food or you don't is your choice adding to that he said I'll give you your food and I'll throw a smoothie for the issue are you coming or do you want me to write your name so I told him that the only reason why I didn't go is because I have a baby and when I told him my name it sounded like I was begging to get my food.
I'm very disappointed because is not a one time incident its been several times that this happened the reason why I keep going is because I like the food but the service really poor.
