Poor customer service
Went through drive thru for some dinner. Store #168 on 8/21/20 @ 16:48 placed our order emp. Ricky took our order. She then asked us to pull around the front of the restaurant and they would bring it out. There was four other vehicles waiting for their orders. Finally she one by one brought out orders to the cars that were waiting. She did ask us what we ordered and never came back with our order. People that got there after us got their order and left. I finally took my receipt and went inside and I'm guessing the manager asked me can I help you I said I'd like my food. She took my receipt and said Ricky gave our order to someone else. She said do you still want your food I said yes I paid for it. She said give me 3 minutes, so she hurried and through our order together (I mean through it together) so ricky puts my order on the counter with napkins and condiments in the bag. I checked to see if the order was correct and they didn't put our large fry in the bag so now I had to wait for them to make some fry's. This was the worst service I have ever experienced. I will never go back and I will be sure to spread the word about the service.
Employee was not aware of specials.
I went to store #1512 at 1:54 PM and requested the special that was posted on the side of the building (a sourdough patty melt combo for $4.99. She (employee #1) said she was unaware of the special. She said it sounded like a Southwest special and that is what she gave me.
I was very disappointed.

Lack of enough help!
There is never enough counter help to service instore customers, ony one employee trying to do the drive through and inside, allowing many instore customer to leave because they are ignored!! Have watched many customer come to inside counter, be ignored and finally leave because they are not acknowledged seems all effort is on the drive though window and the inside customers are neglected.

I went to JITB in Texas City, Tx and placed an order of tacos only. The lady on the phone immediately repeated my order and just gave me my total. I said wait I would like some drinks. She said you want what! I said two drinks. She said ranch? I said no drinks! She put another lady on the phone who very rudely said mam what do you want? I said 2 drinks! 2 times over the last 2 weeks I have driven thru Store 417 and ordered 1 breakfast jack 1 small fry. Both times the fries were awful. Cold and very old. I paid for the fries, and could not eat them. I live 2 minutes from the store location both times I called the store to let the graveyard (manager)? I felt like he was doing it intentionally, knowing there was little I could do about it. The phone is NEVER answered between 1 AM and 6AM so driving back was the only option. Which would be pointless and an inconvenience for me. It may seem pretty, but I should have been able to eat what I paid for.
They are actually a couple of things but right now the popcorn chicken was a disaster.
Yesterday I went to get popcorn chicken and I have dried up crusty crumbles the little crumbs from the chicken in there they don't even edible there was two chicken nuggets in there and three other things then I'm guessing was the actual popcorn chicken and I took photos of the Ridiculousness that they know that they served and no one would want that I'm sure they wouldn't!

I registered this complaint around March 12th. The restaurant I went to was #[protected] mccall blvd. I have not heard anything about this and was wondering what is going on with this complaint. This is not good customer service. The chicken did not taste good in either item. I should have gotten my money back and an apologize for the problem. As I recall I got neither. While ordering food today at the Tustin Ca. location I was harassed by employee name ismael. He tends to mock what I am saying This is not the first time. I am Mexican American and do not speak Spanish and I believe that is why he treats me indifferent. I will start getting video proof next time. To prove my case.
Burnt and wrong food
JIB# 1164 03/13/2020 @ 04:31:55 PM. EMP: Marissa carry out # 412 I ordered 1 fish sandwich, 1 bacon ultimate cheese-NO mayo, mustard, ketchup-ADD lettuce, tomato, onions. 1 onion rings, 1 chocolate overload cake. What I got: Burnt fish, a cheeseburger with no bacon or onions, BUT 10 large pieces of lettuce? I took a photo pf all that lettuce. Onion rings and cake were ok.
I was hungry or wouldn't have stopped there. Last time I did, the employee told me bacon ultimate cheese came only with condiments, no changes. Asked for vanilla shake, she couldn't process what I said, because she then asked what kind of shake? So much wrong with this store!
