On Saturday, May 4 I stopped at the Jack-in-the-Box in Lost Hills, California. I purchased a chicken pita fajita. After eating several bites of the sandwich it tasted funny and when I opened it up to look at it is also looked a bit funny. About 8 to 10 hours later, I got violently ill. I threw up for hours and felt terrible. I also had a 101.4 fever and spent the last several days in bed. Today I finally feel better.

Desired outcome: I missed out on going to an important event on Sunday. I also would like some sort of compensation for a pain and suffering.
