The cups that are being used for iced coffed are so cheap and horrible. Everytime i get one it collapses. Today it spilled that coffee in my new vehicle. Ugh. Please stop using them. Horrible. Please stop using them

Surprise store On Bell Road near grand Avenue every time I go and to the drive-through I get the wrong order wrong sandwich it was again today got home wrong order I went back in and the manager wouldn't even talk to me I asked for a receipt they said they couldn't give me one I can't I don't know what to do about these it it's crazy. I just want someone to know how the store is being managed because it really hasn't been managed very well if there even is a manager there

Hello my name is Antonio Ruiz and I've been a customer for Jack in the box for the last 40 years today's September 5th 2021 I ordered a meal to doordash it said my food is ready I'm arriving to check in the box I waited in the Drive-Thru line for another 30 minutes and I got home I'll put my bag my hamburger or sloppy it was a hair in my food it was a disaster like they just made it all fast please I would like for the matter to be taking care of thank you and have a blessed day hope to hear from you guys soon

This was the second time I have gotten sick from a hamburger that I purchased at the local Jack in the Box. This time it was more serious as I was sick in bed for nearly 3 days. It appears that the employees need better training. And that no matter how busy it may be they must ensure that the food is cooked properly. I will not be going back there again. And that is sad because I go there often.

I went through the drive-thru and at Jack In The Box 498 and my order number is 144 for this is her Manteca California and their phone number is 239-9525 and nobody answers I ordered three jumbo Jets number fours and two Jumbo Jacks and three more Jumbo Jacks and then a Sourdough Jack and I did not receive my other Free Jumbo Jacks and I try to call the store the tell them but they don't answer the damn phone am I ride that give me a ride over there has left now and that's quite a bit of a walk for me so if somebody comes please contact me at [protected]

I did check hours on online and it said open for 24 hours and every time I have go to jack in the box so late at night in Jerome it close and today they said no sorry can't order anything and don't understand why it said open 24 hours and I always can't order anything late at nights if they are close then online hours for jack in the box need to be changed so that way I not go there every time if they are really close.

Ordered food, asked for 3 honey mustard. Waited in the parking lot. She brought me the food with one sauce. Asked for 2 more and charged me 35 cents each. Gave her a dollar and she brought me back 4 with no change. I said I wanted 2 and my change and she got pissed. A different person gave me the change and he said what's your problem you [censored]ing white boy, called me a hick. I go there every morning but will not be going back

Simply ordered (4) tacos, no vehicle were in drive through lane or window. Tacos were cold, lettuce was rotten very brown, meat and cheese had turned to mush and the tortilla was an edible. Attempted to take one bite and could not even chew the tortilla, due to severe Lee being old and sitting for a very long time. Drove five minutes from the restaurant to my home and did not want to go back for such a small monetary amount of food. The service and quality of this food was disgusting and unacceptable. I had no food to give my son when I got home.

Waited in line for over 30 minutes and no acknowledgment if the store was open or closed. All the lights were on and says 24hrs. There was an black African man working when passing the window. But he didn't acknowledge at all. This not the first time this has happened. I have lost my trust in jack in box. At least acknowledge that we customers are there. Looks this person working was doing one car at a time at best
. This is the jack in the box on 146. I don't think y'all care about customers cause keeps happening and this my fist compliant.

Whom do I connect to with Dixon, CA Jack in the Box? On [protected] at 8.40 AM, I was overcharged $36.66 dollars. and I also purchased a morning sausage egg breakfast for $5.47, and received ham, not sausage. I wanted a coffee, and orange juice, yet I was charged $36.66. No answers when I call.
