We observed that since last 2-3 years, ICICI Bank's service and policies are extremely worst. We are totally frustrated with ICICI Bank's worst service and policies, which we have been never seen in my whole life this kind of responsibilities and irregularities.
According to last example of ICICI Bank's worst policy i.e. I have withdraw 3600/- from my ICICI Bank Account on 29.06.2009 to make a DD and i decide that i'll deposit the 10, 000/- amount after getting my salary on 5 Jul, 2009. Suddenly i met with a serious road accident on 05 Jul, 2009 and hospitalized for surgery for 4 days. When after getting the stable health of mine and going to online deposit the rest amount in my ICICI Bank Account then i saw 827/- has been already deducted from my account on 09 Jul, 2009. So, without any fault, my 827/- has been deducted its extremely ridiculous about your policies. Every time, we'll suffered from ICICI Bank's bad policies since last 2-3 years, when i was opened up the account with your bank. ICICI Bank never intimate the customer before doing any thing like other bank. Every body feels ICICI Bank is worst among all the Banks in India. I have so many proof against your worst policy and bad service related to me and with my other friends & relatives also.
Don't take it easy to this mail, now we are just informing ICICI Bank. We are going to hire an advocate and also launch complain in Consumer court against ICICI Bank Ltd.
