ICICI Bank Ltdicici bank is cheating customer and making fool to the customer. public money like anything. why the rbi is not responding the public grievances..

Hi Sir/Madam,

We observed that since last 2-3 years, ICICI Bank's service and policies are extremely worst. We are totally frustrated with ICICI Bank's worst service and policies, which we have been never seen in my whole life this kind of responsibilities and irregularities.

According to last example of ICICI Bank's worst policy i.e. I have withdraw 3600/- from my ICICI Bank Account on 29.06.2009 to make a DD and i decide that i'll deposit the 10, 000/- amount after getting my salary on 5 Jul, 2009. Suddenly i met with a serious road accident on 05 Jul, 2009 and hospitalized for surgery for 4 days. When after getting the stable health of mine and going to online deposit the rest amount in my ICICI Bank Account then i saw 827/- has been already deducted from my account on 09 Jul, 2009. So, without any fault, my 827/- has been deducted its extremely ridiculous about your policies. Every time, we'll suffered from ICICI Bank's bad policies since last 2-3 years, when i was opened up the account with your bank. ICICI Bank never intimate the customer before doing any thing like other bank. Every body feels ICICI Bank is worst among all the Banks in India. I have so many proof against your worst policy and bad service related to me and with my other friends & relatives also.
Don't take it easy to this mail, now we are just informing ICICI Bank. We are going to hire an advocate and also launch complain in Consumer court against ICICI Bank Ltd.

    Even I had the worst experience with ICICI bank.
    My Service Request is SR561973188, they have been lying and fooling me all along.
    Sometimes they said, "Your transaction with Government site we can't do much about it."
    They said you "You problem will be resolved in 16 to 35 days", and it's been 2 months since my money has not been returned to me. They are cheaters, Phone banking they will keep on lying to you and get away for the day. They will keep doing this as when you call. No help at all.

    It will be great if someone please help about it.

    Can I put mental harassment case against them?
    Please tell me, what proof should I be carry for that?

    Any help would be appreciated.

    I have collected some evidences against fraudulent activity/misleading activity of ICICI Bank. Is it possible that we can raise a joint petition against ICICI Bank . ICICI Bank should compensate commercially for all these fraudulent activities.

    icici bank doing malpractice and cheating customers with their brutal behavior, they are making litigations as our consumer system is weak, they simply looting indians,

    A customer should be aware about the policies and every bank cannot sit with a single customer to take him through the complete T&C and the policies and procedure. If you ignore the fact of the T&C and the policies and procedure of the bank which you are banking than you should be sure to fell in trouble created by your own self .My advice to all of you is to approach your respective bank before performing the banking transaction after following the procedure.Do not think that becoming NRI you will become 2smart

    I am also facing similler problem as a customer of ICICI bank.We have an account(joint account with my wife)which was originally opened with Madura bank and later the Madura bank got merged with ICICI bank and automaticaly we became customer of ICICI by default.We were repeatedly assured a hassel free smooth transaction from customer care of ICICI bank.
    Recently I got shock of my life when I found a large amount Rs 6500 got deducted (out of Total Rs 8000 in our saving account)without prior intimation.
    When I approached the custoemer care they gave usual blunt reply no reversal is possible.
    I have approached Mr Satish Mehta, Nodal officer in this regard and waiting for his reply.
    Feel really this type of bank survive due to such shady deals with customer.
    I really advice all to be aware before openining an account with ICICI bank.I also agree with other why unlike other banks ICICI donot become fare by intimating the customer before doing deduction.

    I am dissatisfied customer of your bank I have make online transaction from my icici to corporation bank on time of transaction i"ll get pop of that u charge Rs 5 for transaction I"ll agry I hav made trans ..but after fww days When i chech my a/c what I hav seen same amount is roll back in my a/c i"ll cgare rs 5 for those transaction which not done.When i visited to your nearest icici bank exhibhition Road branch patna, biharone of the most busted cro has sitted when i"ll tell him the problem the answer I'll get Sir this ig techinically fault i"am not suppose to any thing you can talk our customer care, or else you tried to do one more transaction, then I'll ask if same problem occour he told we are not autorise to do any thing in net banking .He is are of that CRO who doesn"t not how to help customer.if it is possible for customer satisifaction than plz forward this mail to branch manager of that icici branch about my self (BHARTI EMPLOYE) [protected]

    i totally agree with it. even i have an issue where in i have taken a car loan from ICICI bank. and while taking it they communicated a to me that 10.5% would be the interest rate(flat). and the loan amount they have given to me was Rs225000. i also confirmed with them that there is no other charges apart from those. as after getting the loan i didn't receive any documents from them, i called up customer care and requested a copy of the loan agreement and the cover note. where in after a month i have received the loan agreement but never received the cover note. however when i checked the agreement, i was shocked and found that the loan amount shows is Rs245000 and the rate of interest is 11.5%(flat). and it was unbelievable that when i spoke to one of the managers in the car loan sales branch, they says that it was my responsibility to check before taking it and ultimately blamed on me which is just nonsense. somebody please tell me that is it not their duty to intimate the customers? they are in banking sector. we are from IT. but does it mean that we are fools?

    And then i stopped paying the EMI's of my car taken and one more very important reason is i lost my job which i have intimated the bank by calling them the same day. And these idiots, whenever they called me, i have kept them informed and updated always. and now after a few months i trusted them and informed them that i will pay the EMI's as promised and will continue with the loan. At the same time a few rowdies from the Bank caught me in the middle of the road and tried to hit me and forced me to mentally and physically to sign on a paper and took my vehicle away.

    When consulted the collections manager. he says that it cant be settled. where in he says that he will auction the vehicle and i have to pay the rest of the amount apart from the auction amount which is unfair and nonsense.

    Here, kindly notice that the error and the mistake is from their side which they are not ready to accept. In fact they are blaming the customers from whom they are eating.


    So even i have decided to file a case against ICICI bank. as they are fraud and cheats INDIANS, we should prove that we dont need such banks in INDIA.

    I have a couple of people in media and also in the law. So if any of you INDIANs are facing such problems, kindly approach me immediately in my contact no given below. i have updated the same in a few more forums.
