The worst ever. Stay away. My refund is over 20 days late, over payment was issued at the time of payoff, and its been 20 days since they received the payoff, and still yet to pay me back. I called every day, and payment status still showing as pending, I even spoke to a supervisor who didn't have any answers and kept telling me to call back to check on the payment status because they were going to send an email to ask about the delay. I promised myself not to ever drive a Hyundai again, even if it was gifted to me, let alone finance one through them.

Desired outcome: I would like to get my refund of $1683.36 I do not want half of the overpayment refund.

I have been trying to get my over payment for almost 10 months. They continue to give me the run around. They have told me they sent it but to the dealer. Then they sent it to the dealer but used the wrong address. Then the dealer finally called them and still nothing. I have called them close to 10 times.

I just wonder how many people they have done this to. I think if we have a fair amount of people that this has happened to I would love to initiate a class action cause against them. Turn.
