Waiting for more than three months for the people from Hyundai finance to honor my request of cancellation of Maintenance and Extended Warranty. As of today, January 23, 2013, I have received nothing from them. I have a Request Sign Form, sign by them.
I have called them many times and the few times I got them in the phone they have the same answer "It's in transit" About two weeks ago I e-mail them that I was going to complain to "Complaints Board", but still they have done nothing.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
