There is an employee named Natsha Shaw at Hampton SC huddle house she is a server but also trying to become a cook who has been stealing meats from the job for months now that i know of it has been 10 oz steaks, taking other employees clock out slips to compare tips an hours, cups of milk when they run out at home, as well as smoking marijuana on the job outside. When the stealing is going on Shontay another employee does not know when she sends Natasha to the freezer for het shes stealing. She (Natasha) has lied on other employees trying to say they stole from here when she buys marijuana from a few employees an sometimesbits on the job while she still has her bank an tips in her pocket, also has left the job with her bank in her pocket so who knows if the money is being taken out of that money."Natasha said there is no cameras back there they won't never know." Ms.Nikki the boss was told about it an nothing has been done.

Food was not cooked according to how we requested. Food was missing: when asked about it we were given attitude and told it was our own fault and finally when someone made the eggs all they did was complain and say well I didn't have to eat it . So not professional. Was denied Refund and denied to make my order right . Was my fault I guess since that's what they said

I had a terrible experience and called the 800 customer service #. I was then directed to submit my complaint on their website, which I did. When asked if I would like someone to contact me regarding my experience I clicked "Yes". Needless to say it's been over a week and I've heard nothing. Clearly their customer service is terrible not just in the restaurants. Not even sure how they stay in business when there's no concern for their guests.

I have visited huddle house to eat because it was my favorite place to eat and the past few times I've had an encounter with this rude and loud waiter by the name of Ariel and she has ruined my huddle house experience she is always yelling when I'm in there I can't even eat in peace and when I walked in the last time I heard this petty little [censored] talker Ariel call me and my wife a crackhead it was directed towards me and she tried to say it under her breath and if she ain't fired you will never get another penny from me

I am completely disappointed and angry. It was freezing in the restaurant. We ordered our food and one order came. The first order was the Stuffed Hashbrown. I'm not sure if it was grease on the plate. It looked like milk that we literally had to pour on to a pile of napkins to get the liquid off the plate. Maybe it was supposed to be gravy?
The second order was the MVP Breakfast. The waffle was cold it wouldn't even melt the butter so I asked them to microwave it. It took about 5 minutes to get it back and another 3 minutes for the syrup which was the consistency of water LITERALLY! About 5 minutes later they brought the biscuit and gravy out and the gravy was absolutely not gravy...it looked like the same milky substance that was on the first plate. So that also went back . By this time my husband had eaten his meal and I've only received the waffle. I asked them to forget the 2nd order and just give us the check. We were charged 17.89.

I ate at a different Huddle House for my first time just a couple of weeks ago and it was so amazingly good. So when I saw this Huddle House I assumed it would be the same great food. Nothing about this most recent experience was even decent. There were only two people working and no manager. The guy said the manager had left a couple of hours prior. So I had no choice but to pay the tab and leave. If this complaint is not addressed I will NEVER spend one more dime at a Huddle House. I will definitely be sure to spread the word on how this issue was resolved...or if it's not.

I went to the huddle house on 10/9. I always preferred this one over franklin, but what happened? The waitress was new but was okay. I ordered a patty melt with a black bean burger, then 15 mins later was told they couldnt do it because it cost more for the black bean burger. I told them to make it the other way then with the same black bean patty and it was only 50 cent more, also it says in the menu that they wont charge for substitutions.
So another 20 mins go by and we finally get our food. My food was not hot, barely warm, and her fries were also. I didnt say anything because I was tired of waiting to eat and all the flies bothering me.

I had a hell of a time getting my food paid for, 3 different cards and she kept telling me that they were all invalid. Finally got the manager and checked out. All this took about one and a half hours. They should have to pay me for my time and sitting in the nastiness. All the tables were dirty when we walked in too.

It would have been nice to be able to walk out with a credit. It cost me 20 dollars and I would like my money back plus something to be done about the rudeness there. It used to be a great place but no more.

Customer service was very poor the cook was on the phone on Facebook when I enter took her time to get up to take my order she was discussing something about Facebook to the other employee and when she was making my loaded hashbrowns it took her just took just a few minutes to fix it wasn't done but I think customers shouldn't be sitting watching staff on the phone discussing Facebook about someone else drama
