On Saturday October 18, 2019 my daughter and I went to The Huddle House here in Carthage. This was our very first visit at this location. We sit there for 10 minutes waiting on someone to come and take our order. Finally a waitress came to our table and ask has anyone waited on us, I replied back and said no. After she offered to take our order, our minds were made up and we decided to go somewhere else. The customer service was very poorly. We wasn't greeted. Everyone seems to be in there own little world. Yes I was very upset and disappointed at the fact of being ignored by the staff.
