Our food was over cooked we had to ask for refills no one even brought a high chair or cleaned it tables were dirty very disgusted ate here alot never an issue probably wont ever eat here again! Eother would like half the money back no coupons since wont eat it again and spent 30 when I can go to a nice restaurant for that my son didnt eat his food so paid for nothing was to hard and didnt even drink the juice and still got charged crazy never again! Would like to hear back from someone about this experience please and thank you.

Went and sat in and the restaurant was not clean, dirty tables and black lady was very rude. Then was told there were no soft drinks or hash browns and no bread. And then we're still charging full price. Do t see why they do t have food or drinks so often. Then when asked what could I substitute for they said nothing with a very bad attitude. I felt uncomfortable

ON September 3, 2019 I entered the Huddle House in Cuthbert Georgia and found flies on the windows and windows filthy inside and out. They need to be cleaned terrible and a door fan needs to be put in the entrance to keep the flies out of the restaurant. When you are eating with dirty windows is not a good experience. It makes you feel like dirt is all around you. Thank you.

The male server he did not have a name tag on heavy set with blonde dyed hair. He was very abnocotious and loud. Waited 25 minutes after we ordered to turn in order was arguing with a girl not sure she even worked there had on very short shorts and a tank top that was very low cut. She was in the kitchen area plating food. The only person working was the African American cook. Never got refills, ask for jelly waiter brought one pack. Yet he sat down and ate and never came back to table did not even bring our bill. We have always liked huddle house but not so much now. I'm glad there were no children in restaurant because of the profanity the waiter and the girl we think worked there. She sure should not have been the way she was dressed. Probably our last visit if those two are working there.

I was in huddle house in clayton ga earlier and there was a server her name is alicia that was being very rude and disrespectful to the cooks they were busy and working hard I come in a few time a week cause the food is amazing in the mornings but this morning was different its usually calm and relaxing but today u could tell something was not right alicia was getting hateful with the other servers and the cooks I usually have brenda as a server and she is awesome but I didn't today next time I will be asking for her personally food was amazing the service from the server sucked then as we were getting up ready to leave I noticed she knocked the one cook out of the way and was trying to take over on the grill from what I seen they didn't need no help at all they were doing just fine seems like she thinks she has to be a boss and try to tell people what to do if we come back in and she is working we will leave we have been coming for over 20 yrs and would hate to go somewhere else cause of people's attitudes

My grandson and I came in and sat. There was a strong sour smell, that didn't smell like food. My grandson then told me there was something mushy under his feet. He called the waitress over. There was alot of ketchup all over underneath. I assume that was the smell. The waitress said it had been there for a while and hadn't had time to clean it up yet. Also, after we got our drinks and ordered, a lady that came in after us, just in front of us, her food was delivered about 10 minutes later. I went to the counter and asked where our food was. And told her about the lady that came in after us that already got her food. She whispered that she was sorry and said that it was cooking. I ordered an omelet and my grandson ordered a bacon cheeseburger n fries. I noticed only 6 other people there besides us. All had there food except us and 3 others. The cook just then laid 3 burgers, 6 slices of bacon and 3 buns on the grill and no omelet. I told her I assumed they forgot our order, cause the other 3 bacon cheeseburgers would b for the 3 other customers. Again, she whispered she was sorry. I gave her $5 for our drinks and told her we would be going somewhere else and walked out. This was around 8pm or so, Saturday August 17th.

The huddle house in Laurinburg Nc 28352 I have went up there a couple of times there manager don't do her job like a manager suppose to her kids go up there walks straight in kitchen make there own food fix there own drinks without washing hands I have seen the huddle house in a mess dishes piled up on counters trash everywhere I have also seen the manager Becky smoking weed in her car as I was riding past her she was parked at the back of the store one of the employees name Daniel working on 1st shift in bathroom sniffing popping pills on clock before going to her table the manager Becky be eating all the wings so when customers ask for them she don't give it to them she rather keep them all for herself and some of the money from the huddle house she pockets it Get a better manager

I work 3rd shift haven't been to bed yet, decide to get breakfast before I go to rest up for my next shift not knowing we would have to wait an hour and half to get our food. The crispiest bacon I have ever seen and the French toast was sour . not The batter should be made fresh everyday to avoid salmonella poisoning and kept a certain temp and not left on the counter. Forgot my milk, butter syrup and my husband's toast. Then brings white after he ordered wheat then had the dish lady make his toast and had no butter.
5 people working behind the counter and just one waiting on tables. The girl who finally helped her had her hair down flipping it all over the place Everytime she went to a table. All of the dishes they use are right side up. Do you know how much dust and dander float around and they are putting food on those! I watched the cook scratch her head her back underneath her shirt and didn't wash her hands one time. Gloves or not that's nasty! The cook is horrible! Always has been! Cooks one thing at a time. Tables were full, they were having to send people away. Which shouldn't have been the case if the cook did her job and not mess around talk! Very very disappointed on this restaurant. Not one person had a clue what they were doing! Tables stacked with dishes and the floor looked like it hadn't been swept since the night before. I'm not even going to speak on the bathroom! Clean this place up! I just wanted $25 on [censored]ty food!

I would appreciate being compensated for my hour and a half wait and crappy meals! You wait an hour plus still pay for your food you expect to get the best damn looking meal they can possibly make.

Early this morning (7/28/19) my family and I went to grab some food. When we pull into the parking lot I notice an employee smoking outside, we get up to the door and there's at least 10 ppl hanging out inside the doorway which never moved out of our way to walk through. First thing we noticed when entering (after the crowd of people just "chilling") is that the store is very nasty and looks like it has NEVER had a deep cleaning. We order 2 cups of coffee and literally had one spilled on us. Our sever never said sorry or offered napkins other than bringing our silverware. We had 3 people in our group and we ordered... 2 chopped steak dinner with no mushrooms, mash with gravy, fries, and the other person ordered the NEW bacon & mash southern fried chicken with green beans. We then notice the employee (Andrew) that was outside smoking has come in to prepare our food without washing his hands or putting on a hairnet which is hair was very long and nappy. We get our food and have mushrooms on our steak, no gravy on mash, fries was ice cold, he had mash on top of his fried chicken, barely any gravy, no bacon, his chicken was hard as a rock, and ALL of our Texas toast was soft with a glob of unmelted butter on top. Another server (Jamie) took all of our plates and made them right which she apologized a few times for. The girl Jamie said she had been there since that morning because the manager wouldn't answer the phone to send nobody else in which there is no excuse for! Someone needs to learn to run a place before it's shut down because a lot of people in this small town use to love going there but not anymore. The whole place was unprofessional and a complete mess! Had I not been starving we would have left right away and never paid for anything! GET IT TOGETHER BECAUSE THE MANAGER DOESNT CARE!
