I stopped in to huddle house located at flying j in Oklahoma city and waited 15 minutes before order was taking. There were only 4 other customers in restaurant. I am a first time customer at your restaurant. I placed an online order for Jefferson Texas around 6 pm to pick up at 7:10 pm. A huddle house sampler, 2 chopped steaks with baked potatoes and fried okra and Texas toast. I arrived at 7:05 pm to wait for my order. It's 7:50 p.m. and I'm still waiting. Huddle House health and safety

Health and Safety issues.
A female worker, Christina, took her hair down out of a ponytail in the cooking area. She brushed her fingers through her hair multiple times. Then proceeded to fill cups up with ice. She took dirty dishes off of a table and never washed her hands before filling up more cups with ice. She finally put on gloves but continued to scratch her sweaty head and run her hands through her hair. Then she handled food! Still mo hand washing or glove changing. She delivered toast to a table in her nasty hands, no plate. It was a busy and we were there for 1.5 hours. This went on the whole time and even the manager did not address this.
Another issue was another female worker scooped ice out of the ice machine and put the scoop back in the ice. She used the scoop barehanded so any germs on her hands went right in the ice.
Third issue was another female worker. She carried drinks to the tables hugged up against her chest and arm pit areas. The side of the cups were on her shirt.
I am sure this and other health/sanitation issues occurred during the whole shift and have probably been happening. There needs to be correction/training immediately.

Huddle House poor customer service

We arrived at approximately 12:55 am 12/25/19, we sat down and waited 30 minutes before even having our order taken. Finally placed an order and waited a good while longer before receiving our food several people that came after us received their food before us and our order did not come together and was incorrect. My son sat crying because the server didn't put in the order for his food which i ordered in all this night was very disappointing at this location

We ordered at the restaurant I ordered a waffle n order of bacon n a Diet Pepsi n my boyfriend ordered a special breakfast with French toast. The food was gross not eatable and then we were charged $24 for it. Which was very expensive for what we got!! We are very unsatisfied n do not plan to return. I would expect a breakfast that cost that much to at least be tasty.

Huddle House 31055

Me and my family eat at the Mcrae huddle house very often. We happen to be in there the day another employee that had been working there came in and her arm was in a cast, She was always very nice and always tried to please all customers when cooking there orders. We have seen this younglady pull alot of hours and not once did we ever hear her complaining like we did others. On this day she came in and we stopped her and asked her what happen and she said she had gotten hurt, she then goes to the back and her and the manager were standing at the door going to the back and she was trying to explain that she wasn't sure if it was broken that they were going to do more x-rays on her arm that she had only went to ER and they said that it was a possibilty it could be broken, this manager saids well I'm not sure what you'd going to do because you can't work here with no cast was very ugly to her about it. Pretty much just acted like she didn't have a card in the world. I was also in there the next couple of weeks when Debbie the manager, was talking to a few other employees about this same person that had came in trying to let the manger know that she was going to come back as soon as a doctor released her was telling the other employees that she wasn't letting her come back that Shawn was back and she really didn't care for this young lady because she had threatened to make the owned scooter aware of things that was going on in his restraunt. She also stated that she didn't care what she did that it wouldn't be her money if anything ever came of it. We have not been back in and neither has any of our family. I don't think that anyone should be done this way because she had gotten hurt. She always made sure our food was right and it wasn't just thrown on a plate. She worked very hard and as a manager the things that I witnessed this manager doing and saying isn't very perfesional. If Huddle House Or the owner cares no more about there employee's than this, then our church group and our family members have agreed to eat somewhere else. I contacted this young lady just today just to check on her and I told her there are rights as employee and she should contact higher up. I also made her aware of the complaint that I would be making and asked if I could give her name and she said she didn't mind. Her name is Angel White. She was let go from huddle house over the phone and not in person, she had been released to return to work after being out with a fractured arm and was never put back on the schedule. Huddle House service/food

Waited 20 mins for drinks. Took another 10 took get drinks and place order. Ordered cheese sticks as a starter. Received daughters cheeseburger first instead which was burnt. Got my omelet and no silverware. Waited at least 5 mins for that and toast. NEVER got cheese sticks and they brought me a messed up check TWICE overcharging me. This was the worst service I've ever had at ANY place of business.

My Daughter In Law is sick with flu and had to go to Er which took her off work. Annie Contrell (Manager) asked for statement and when Her husband took it In another employee Jeff told her husband that Bandy Sexton was fired.. This is not proper procedure nor professional procedure? She has dedicated her service to your company for several years now. There are labor laws protecting employees.

The waitstaff was awful. She did not smile and was unfriendly. The restaurant is filthy from the floor to the high chair my child had to sit in to the menus. It was just gross. Everything I touched has sticky stuff on it and the floors were slippery and slimy. The place needs to be deep cleaned from top to bottom!! I feel this would be somewhere I would come back too if it were cleaned up.

Some of the employee is unprofessional... Going on life smoking a blunt... That not cool and then trying to server the customer... The 🚻 nasty hold restaurants nasty... I passed by there they outside doin they thing it's not cool... This need to stop little kids be eat there... Something need to be asap... This getting out of hand... Place to enjoy meal... Every time I go to St. Paul I order chopped steak every time they never have my side baked potato and Mac and cheese it never fails if you don't have it do not put it on the menu this is a poor excuse for a restaurant and there salad if very skempy It need more thing if I just want lettuce I would ask for extra.
