I AM SICK & TIRED of my credit card being charged a different amount after I LEAVE! This is the 3rd ... the THRID & last time, this will happen to me there! The restaurant in Albertville Alabama definitely has a problem w/ the staff stealing from customers cards after they leave or something! Last night my total came to $38.30. I left a $2 tip which made my total $40.30 but just like the other two times that I paid with a credit card at this particular store, I went online to view my balance and my "new total" was $48.36! It's always been when I have a to-go order. I'll leave a tip and they change my total anyway. I'll call the manager, they'll refund my card for the money that was unauthorized and apologize. Nothing else..not, "would you like a milkshake or something or can I offer you such-and-such.. especially after the second incident occurred! I have a good mind to tell them that I want my meals refunded that I got last night because I still have them sitting in the fridge! They weren't even that good! Someone seriously needs to look into what's going on there because I'm not the only one from what I've heard! I am livid!
