Huddle House review: Service

This is the worst night my husband an I ever had we eat here all the time the service was so horrible got here at 545pm the waitress waited 15 minutes to even acknowledge to come take our order she was more into a conversation than customers she finally came at 6pm took out order then never came to see if we needed refills which the cook got for us never brought us a ticket we had to ask for to go plate for our food there was 3 employees inside my husband an I was the second couple in the restaurant this place has gone down hill with service then they don't even acknowledge new customers an my husband an I both won't be back my husband is a supervisor and I am A GM of a fast food place so we know but the employees conversations ain't for restaurants an the language was horrible this has got to be taken care of fast customers are acting mad and don't blame them when employees won't do their jobs bs right what are you even paying them for cell phones are not approved at restaurants then the employee was stating her Manager put down she made $240 in tips to cover her butt so it took away from her employees someone needs to investigate we won't be back sitting an hour and forty minutes
