Huddle House review: Online order took over 1 hour, mins. To be done, waitress was rude and lied about the order even being cooked and ready!

I had done an DoorDash order for an elderly (w) woman and I came in the restaurant about 15 mins later just to see if my customer’s order was even being cooked or prepared! I kindly told the waitress I’m here to pick up a DoorDash order for such and so. Than I asked the waitress what’s the wait time so I can tell the Customer that I’m delivering too. She replied. I can’t disclose that information to you. I was completely in shocked when she said that to me. Like are you serious right now is what I said in my mind. But. I kept it professional and just told the waitress, okay I’m about to call my customer and let them know what you said! I walked off and left out that restaurant. The young waitress was so nice nasty it didn’t make any darn sense. I come from a place where if you’re at work and someone or something is bothering you, you better leave that attitude at the front door before you come into work and plus treat everyone with kindness and respect, Do onto others as you want them to do onto you” that little girl(waitress) didn’t have no sympathy in the world! How dare she?! So many people , any race has said this about this place. I really don’t know what the devil is going on with racism these days, but God will deal with the weak and he will get the last laugh! Not to mention I called cooperate and asked them was it normal for the waitress at Huddle House to greet a customer or DoorDasher in that manner. I was told “No” that the waitress should’ve been more respectful and polite and responded in a better manner.
