Huddle House review: My food and employee

I order food a couple hours ago online call back cause they mess up my food and my drink was water down the manager said he would replace it then give me a hard time then he replaced it same nasty lemonade when I said I wanted orange juice my food had lettuce and tomato on it when I said I don't want it on my food then when I call back he being rude talking about he can't replace it unless I do a complaint i'm not happy and hungry I need my food done right.
