Huddle House - Management

My name is Paula weeks I'm currently an employee of store #0381. I'm desperately trying to get in touch with my district manager regarding the unfair, unjust treatment in the workplace. My current GM Kim self refuses to provide me with that information. I've been a huddle House employee since 08/01/2018. During my 2 years I have been an excellent employee. I have never called in, been late, or even had one write up. I work up to 12 hour days, work double shifts, work rotating shifts, I do above and beyond my duties as a server. I'm always stepping up, always available to help out in any given situation. I was even offered a promotion, but turned it down. I love huddle House and I love my job. My customers mean the world to me and I strive to provide exceptional customer service each and every time. I've had countless surveys proofing what kind of employee I truly am.. I have been threw 4 general managers in my time with huddle House. I am
currently on my 2nd District Manager. My most recent GM Kim Self, has proven to be very unprofessional, and is practicing unfair, unjust treatment in the workplace. Kim Self has repeatedly slandered my name and falsely accused me of inappropriate work ethics, including, but not limited to stealing cases of country fried steaks, to not making my daily drop.in my time with huddle House I have never took anything or have ever been one cent short on my deposit. Kim is constantly belittling employees and making rude comments while on grill, in front of customers. She is constantly turning one employee against another by telling each staff member, that the other one was talking about them causing much havoc on sales floor. Kim is constantly putting people's business out for everyone to know including our district manager "Ron" at the time, who according to her was losing store after store in his district. She is constantly locking commissary up denying us the necessary items we need to run a restaurant. We are continuously out of everyday needed supplies and customers are always complaining "you all are always out of something" she refuses to order the things we need, then goes to Walmart and Sam's and buys supplies and makes servers pay for it by taking hours from them. She locks up dishwashing liquid and towels and saids we better bring our own. She allows her 16 year old granddaughter to cook on grill and act as general manager when she isnt in store and also has her granddaughter working till midnight during school hours causing her to come to work so tired she is taking naps on the tables. She has allowed her granddaughter to skip school and work 1st shift taking "My" days and shifts from me and given to her grand daughter. She doesn't post schedule for employees, instead she sends a text out each night saying who will work next day and what time. We have to call store and text her repeatedly just to find out if we work or not. We can't keep any employees due to her talking and treating employees badly. Everyday she is making rude inappropriate remarks about servers to her cooks out on line making us so uncomfortable and nervous that we can't do our jobs. She is very unprofessional and very controlling. Everyone is constantly walking around on eggshells because she is always mad and nothing ever satisfies her. She is constantly changing procedures on a daily basis. She is constantly closing store at 9-10pm when our store is 24 hr on weekends. We have lost customers and employees bc of her closing store for inappropriate reasons.in my two years there, we never once closed our doors, locked up commissary, or ever had problems keeping employees. Kim makes it very hard to work for her becauses she deprives us of things we need to run a successful business. I have names and numbers of customers that have witnessed how she verbally abuses servers on sales floor. For whatever reason, Kim has some personal vindetta against me lately where she is falsely accusing me of stealing cases of country fried steaks and instead of comforting me personally she went around and told all other employees instead. I had no idea until two other employees told me about it and after reading a post it she put on board. I was very upset and cried my eyes out for hours bc I felt so violated so offended bc clearly she was lying on me. The cameras prove it. Also last week Mrs Kim accused me of not putting my daily drop in draw. My drop of 437 was counted, verified and signed off by another employee as it always is and put in cash register drawer when I clocked out, and cameras also proof that. She was texting me messages saying brad was calling police and had me soo very upset. Upon telling her my drop was verified she immediately changed her tune and said don't worry about it I got it taken care of. I told her "no" I wanted to talk to Brad myself so he would clearly know that my drop was indeed in store. She refused to give me his number to defend myself. The next day I go to work Kim is off she calls store I answer phone and immediately I ask where is my drop. Kim responded with "did we tell u that a customer found a key to store outside in parking lot"? Clearly I hadn't and that had nothing to do with me, she was implying someone came in store and took it. Also on Saturday Kim was on grill with Mrs Diana and there was only two tables in store with one being my single gentleman at table 19. I put his order in at 1:37 pm and it was after 2:10 and my customer still had no food. My customer stood up 3 times asking what problem was. Mrs Kim then tried to say she didn't have a ticket for me when indeed the ticket was there with time on it. She then refused to cook my food and proceeded to say she had no ticket. Another waitress and table was present and can verify all I kept saying repeatedly was "Mrs Kim can I get two over medium" over and over, I ended up paying 10.89 for that customers food because I rather do that then lose a customer. Kim and I had words I told her I was going to corporate because of how she was treating me and others. I asked again for Brad's number, she refused. She told me Brad said go home he will talk to u tommorow. My shift was over anyways I was already on my way out. The next day I was at end of my shift and was at table 10 talking with a customer. I had already been off floor and made my drop, and completed sidework. Kim and Diana was on grill. I heard Mrs Diana then get real loud and say "oh I'm about to put an end to all this and ran up to me at table 10 demanding and snapping and pointing her finger demanding me to go out back door. As soon as we closed door Mrs Diana was hollering and screaming in my face threatening to hit me and was nudging against me with her breasts, calling me crackhead, loser, unfit mother etc, bc Mrs Kim went and comforted Mrs dee about her telling me I need to call someone on Mrs
Kim about her abusing her employees. Mrs dee made that statement the same night that she told me Kim said I stole a case of cfs. Mrs dee tried to deny it and that's why she was so irate. I told Mrs dee repeatedly to get out of my face. She was threatening to cause me to lose my job. She kept repeating I got something for you. I walked around building to front of store to get away from Mrs Dee and to grab my purse to leave and Mrs dee followed me back in store, cussing me and demanding I leave store, she kept saying get the F-ck out of here loser. I was trying to tell Mrs Kim about the night in question reminding her it was said the same night I sent her a very long text message asking her why she was making false statements to employees accusing me of stealing cfs. Mrs dee and I had some words but I was trying to leave, I had already clocked out, Mrs dee was still on clock, Kim didn't say anything to Mrs dee. There was cameras the whole time and witnesses. Later that night Kim sent a message out for Sunday morning schedule and I wasn't on it. I'm the opener every sun and Monday. I asked why wasn't I opening and she said Brad's decision not mine. Again I tried getting his number. Sunday I texted and asked if I was working Monday she said call her. I called her she said I wasn't working Monday either and that Brad said terminate me and that I was on trespassing and hung up phone! This ain't right. My job is my everything. That is my only source of income,. I am a dedicated hardworking employee and I don't deserve this. I need and want my job back immediately. I at least have the right to a separation notice which she is denying me saying I'm on trespassing.. I've done nothing wrong and this is all bc Mrs Kim didn't want me to tell anyone about the things going on in the store. I will contact lawyer, labor board, BBB, channel 12 news, whatever it takes. This needs to be addressed immediately please. Why can't I speak with my district manager and tell my side. Only God knows what lies she has told on me and he can't just take her word or side without investigating situation watching cameras talking to other employees or something. Please call [protected]
