Home Depot review: roof installation problems

Roof installed, 2 problems afterward. Trying to get anyone from the "Team" to return calls and address the problem took 3 weeks to even get a response after several messages and conversations. Finally installation manager shows up and agrees there is a problem. He says he will be back after the weekend either Monday or Tuesday and never shows. Another call to Team Leader and still no response or return call from manager. An upper manager says he will call back and never does. Worse company I have dealt with in 40 years of home ownership. Will Never use Home Depot again for any of the many remodelling jobs I have planned. Horrible way to treat good paying customers!

Roof Installed, 2 problems. Tried for 3 weeks to get someone to respond to a call after several attempts and voice mails. Team leader, Installation Manager and his Manager do not return calls. Finally comes out on Friday night and acknowledges problem; says he will return the following Monday or Tuesday and Never Shows Up. Call again to team leader and gave her 2 numbers to reach us at. He never calls and still doesn't show. Will NEVER use Home Depot again even though I have many remodelling job to do. The worse company I've dealt with in 40 years of home ownership. Buyer beware - horrible customer service!
