My daughter and I stopped at your store (#843 on receipt) to grab some supplies and found a Christmas item that was on a 90% off shelf but it didn't have an orange sticker on it. I asked the cashier at checkout how much it would ring up and she literally said "No idea. Do you see an orange sticker?" I asked her to just ring it up to see how much it was and she said "that's not how our system works. I work here so I think I should know" She then tells me if I want said item, she'd have to call someone to check the price and then looked at the huge line gathering behind us, which was at least 10-13 customers long... I really needed the item but felt awful holding up other shoppers (Susan didnt seem bothered by that tho)
Literally the rudest encounter I've had in a really really long time. So thanks to Susan, on register 4 at 4:00 pm on 2/8/2023 for literally giving me another reason to never shop at Hobby Lobby ever again.
Desired outcome: Train your employees on the art of actual retail customer service especially in this day and age where we really don't need to physically go into stores anymore
