Have a big order for deck railings totalling 7,100. Order was paid for dec 2025 and was sced. to be shipped in Apr 2026 after snow ends here in Minny.
Got email " order cancelled due to not being picked up". Called store and rep said he just found out day before the railings were no longer available.
He said I was refunded in full. Funny nothing was put back into my bank account. Then I logged into my Pro account and they gave me a credit as in you can spend this in our stores and I'm like no, you sold me something you didn't have and now want to keep my money for your mistake.
Still dealing with these crooks but when they do this stuff it tells me they are in trouble. Just saying beware and tell your friends avoid Lowes.

Recommendation: Avoid like the plaque. Recommend to your enemies
