2 weeks ago I traveled to Greyhound to Cincinnati, OH from Luftin, Texas. Everything went well until we arrived in Louisville, KY. We had to get off the bus for the next driver. We were told to be back at 2:45 pm I think as the bus would depart at 3;05. We waited until an hour past that when another driver came in notifying us that they could not find our driver. It would be another hour passed before a driver arrives but don't have the key to bus and would have to go to the garage to get key which would take another 90 minutes. Today I would travel back to lufkin and would get a message that bus would be 1 hour 25 mins late. This bus would also be an additional 2 hours and 25 mins late with no updates at all. The picked us up on the side of road with no access to restrooms, in the cold where I would also be on hold for customer service for nearly .30 minutes. Because the bus was so late I missed my connecting bus. I had to call customer service again spend another 40 mins on hold to assign me a different bus. I am so disappointed at the lack of communication from Greyhound on both trips. Sometimes waiting Mayne more bearable if communication was proper.
