I have been charged for this service on July 29, and again on August 5 of this year. I have checked with everyone in my family, and no one has authorized this purchase.

I would like this service terminated, and the charges reversed.

Google google is taking my money

Ive been reciving withDrawns from account and they been from google (Google *Bnei G.CO/Helppay) and i dont recall ever making any purchases . The first time it happened i thought about it as nothing but now it happen for third time. They been withdrawing $0.99 from my bank account. I honesly feel like google should answer me as quick as possible before they withdraw another $0.99 from my account.

Google google stole my money

Hi,
I'm attaching your CEO to the email. I spoke to your supervisor regarding this email and phone call. I repeatedly asked you speak with someone above him and he denied me. I was still talking and he referred me he was disconnecting the call and transferring me to the email. He actually hung up on me preventing me from getting an email. I've also submitted this email on your Google Plus pages as well. I'm not ok with what has occurred today.

Google telepathic

I am being charges every week for something called telepathic. I don't know what's.? I am charged $2.99. This might not seem like a lot to you but I am on SSI. and I live pay check to pay check and this could bounce my acct. I have already been charged$2.99 ×9. Just yesterday another charge. I need and want this to stop. Please. One charge the ref.# was [protected]. Hope this can help to get this stopped. Thanks.

Google adword

THIS IS A COMPLAINT:

I was charged $147.34 for a campaign that I was aware of it and that I never authorized, no matter what your agents say. I never intended to purchase a service nor was I informed that I was going to be charged.

Adwork refused to accept that I did not intended to buy anything and was told that the service was provided ¿?.

That amount was charged to a Credit Card whose number I gave to Google in 2016 for other purposes. I never authorized Adwork to charge any amount to that or any other card. I never authorized any charge.

I was offered a credit of $73.00 because I was not informed that I was going to be charged, etc. After a long discussion, I had no choice but accept the $73.00 credit.

But it was insulting that the credit that I receive for a product that I did not wanted to buy, and that, by the way, did not worked for me at all, WAS NOT CREDITED TO MY CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT, that means, was not returned to me.

It was given me to buy more adwork products, exactly the products that I never intended to buy and that I don't want to buy.

That is an insult and a joke.

Google is treating me with disrespect. Making a charge that I did not consent and using a credit card that I registered in 2016 and that I never authorized to be used to make any adword charge is the closest thing to a scam that I have seen.

A company like Google does not need to use this kind of practices.

I expect a proper and professional action on part of Google to refund me the $147.34 that I was charged.

Google unauthorized billing on my credit card

Today 31st July, 2017 17:13 IST onward numerous amounts were billed against my Citibank Credit Card.
Amounts: INR 250.00, 250.00, 50.00 etc., etc.
I have got my Credit Card blocked as I made no transaction with this Biller i.e. *GOOGLE*Octro Inc g.co/helppay#US
Amts. Billed(Rs.) 5900 twice+3500 twice+800 thrice+500 five times+250 twenty three times+150 seven times & 80 twice (Total Rs. 30345).
Matter was taken up with Citibank and they managed to reverse payments partially (Rs. 20810)

Baanyan Software Services is a criminal organization run by Raghu Daripalli. He lures fresh graduates on OPT and gullible Software Engineers from India only to turn them into indentured laborers and destroys their lives.

Everything that Baanyan Software Services and Raghu Daripalli claim is fake and made up. Even there clients and employees on social media are fake.

If you are a victim of an Indian Body shop, make all their dirty laundry public on as many places on the internet as possible (use good keywords in the subject) and contact the DOJ, FBI, IRS (money laundering/ tax evasion), FinCEN (Financial Crimes
Enforcement Network), ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement), Interpol and any other law enforcement entity that has jurisdiction over their crimes. You can do this anonymously by using the TOR browser, a VPN or even a good proxy.

Raghu Daripalli and his associates are not wired properly, they are without ethics and moral. Baanyan Software Services and Raghu Daripalli will not pay you. Raghu Daripalli and Baanyan Software Services will make you sign an iron clad contract. The contract in itself will not hold up in court (see https://law.justia.com/cases/new-jersey/appellate-division-published/2013/a2058-12.html), so Raghu Daripalli and Baanyan Software Services will find something he can blackmail you with. If he cannot find anything, he will lure you into doing something illegal and then blackmail you with it. They will slowly grind you down. And when you are no longer needed, then they will have you deported.

A much better way to get actual court files (nationwide) is to use the Public Access to Court Electronic Records (PACER) service (https://www.pacer.gov/). First you'll need to locate the case using PACER Case Locator (https://pacer.login.uscourts.gov/csologin/login.jsf?appurl=pcl.uscourts.gov/search). These are public records and you can post them publicly. I wonder who Raghu Daripalli's crook lawyer is.

Raghu Daripalli is a conman who doesn't pay his employees, doesn't pay his bills and doesn't pay taxes.
He runs Baanyan Software Services like any other Indian Body Shop. People don't realize what they have gotten themselves into until it's too late.

One of Raghu Daripalli's company was Software Research Group. The sole purpose of this company was to lure in gullible people, put them in indentured labour and defraud companies. Software Research Group was debarred by the US Government. Google search "Raghu Daripalli Software Research Group" (https://www.google.com/search?q=Raghu+Daripalli+Software+Research+Group).
You can find out every employer who has ever been debarred by the US government for visa fraud from archive.org (https://web.archive.org/web/*/https://www.dol.gov/whd/immigration/H1BDebarment.htm). People don't change, a thief will always be a thief. If you have the time, compile a list and post it everywhere.

Google google home support

I recently placed a call to the Google Home support department about Home Control. I called the first time to ask if I needed a google home to use Home Control or if my Pixel phone would do. I had setup Home Control already and it wasn't working so I wanted some assistance. I was told that I did indeed need to purchase a Google Home to use this feature. This was wrong, but I can forgive the error. There was no attempt to troubleshoot or resolve my issue, I was just told to buy a Google Home.

So I bought one and low and behold it still didn't work. I called back and rather then troubleshoot I was told that there was an outage. The internet knew nothing about this, but I did as I was told and waited the 24 hours for it to be resolved. This was on Saturday.

I waited until Monday and called back only to be told again after reading the notes on file that there was still an outage and I needed to wait another 48 hours.

Later that evening I got an email telling me that I had to submit a Feedback Report online about my issue. I did that.

On Tuesday I called back was told that they still hadn't received my report but that someone would call me back within 24 Hours.

On Thursday after not being contacted again at all I figured out the issue myself by searching for similar issues on the web.

Not once did anyone try to troubleshoot with me! They just kept telling me to wait.

I am very dissatisfied with this support!

Google gmail

hello there, my complaint is this.
since late may2017 when mt gmail screen comes up it says "gmail is having authentification problems and some services may be affected"
well services are affected, it is affecting links, my ability to send pictures, forward messages etc.if gmail has known about this problem since may, why hasnt anything been done about it.

Google search engines

Google may have earned billions of dollars but they also have received billions of curses around the world.
i am one guy who has cursed google bosses because they dont care anybodays privacy including mine.
i have cursed google that one day there will be black day for them.
without finding the facts they publish photos and wrong informaion of people.when you ask them to remove it they tell you webmaster is responsible.

Google telepathic g.co

My account was charged 2.99 5 times since the first of June 2017 for an app called HOOKED and it showed I had a subscription to it. The charges were under GOOGLE* Telepahic g.co My daughter downloaded it to see what it was and uninstalled it. Check my order history and you will see I have never subscribed to anything. I cancelled the subscription today.

Google unauthorized charges

I’ve noticed a $29.99 and $9.99 recurring charge on my bank statement. I can’t find anyone that will answer a call about reversing these fraudulent charges. There are no apps I’ve purchased. I have no android devices. I do not subscribe to g suite. I’m going to call my bank to report these charges since the merchant is not interested in making themselves available.

I used Google wallet for the first time, I received payment in US dollars and got an email confirming that and that I should claim it. I thought because the payment had been sent and Google confirmed that meant the money was mine now. However when I tried to claim it it went to pending and I contacted a number online Support specialists all who were very unhelpful during this stressful time telling me it was impossible for to claim the funds as I was from the [removed] .

WHY would I receive the email, it was extremely misleading. Now in 14 days MY money will be sent to the sender, who is not going to send it back to me. I will lose MY money and that is very unfair. THe service was disgusting and I have tried begging the specialists but they did nothing.

I would like something done about this, preferably before the funds are sent back to the sender as I have been trying to take action to claim my money every day.

Google google*svcsapps member

There was a false charge made by "GOOGLE*SVCAPPS_membe" to my credit card on 06/02 for $327.09. Spoke with a Google Services representative who while very nice, was useless in her support.

She informed me that the charge was made by some account not associated with me in any way, but that she could not tell me who made it, what it was actually for, nor could she refund the money.

She highly suggested that I contact my credit card company and have them mark the charge as fraud and work with them to obtain a refund. So they admit they have a customer using my card without permission, but it is up to me to work with the credit card company to resolve it.

Google google fraudulent charges.

1-17-17 google charged my card $992. Google entered into a contract with me to return these funds. My bank was also on the phone and they say it is VISA policy they can no longer handle the issue once google took it over. 1-21 $492 was refunded to my account. There was ONE charge that was $500 that was never refunded. I called back the 21st and they told me it would show up within the 10 business days. It didn't so i called back. They confirmed again and said it would be 10 days. It has been a 10 day cycle since jan. In may tbey told me they couldnt help bc it had been over 120 days. NOT my fault. They keep telling me to contact my bank and i have told them at least 20 times my bank will not handle it bc visa policy states it is solely googles obligation since they promised to return my funds. Some reps tell me its refunded and check back in 10 days. Some reps tell me they can't refund it. Some reps tell me i cant recieve these funds bc of the time limit. Some reps tell me they can not find it in their system and apologize. I have been hung up on and laughed at. I have been ignored for MONTHS! Idk what to do honestly. I'll include pictures of what my most recent rep sent me. It is confirmation of ONLY $492. I will also include a picture of the one $500 charge. Just that one charge alone is more than all of the refunds google gave me combined. This whole mess is insane. I haven't had a competent representative yet.

Google phantom billing on my credit card

I have received two charges from GOOGLE on June 2 and July 2. They are both for $10, and the details in my VISA Account History looks like this:

Google 3 fraud transactions happened without my notice

Hi

I have been charged thrice 50/-, 26, 000/- and 26, 000/- without my notice. I never registered Google *Octro Inc.
I have not entered my card details, without my interaction, without typing password / OTP this transaction was happened at 12:13 AM
I got transaction messages and on my Citibank credit card ending with 1983.

Please suggest me to proceed with further to cancel these transactions and also help to get it refund.
