I signed my 8 year old son up for coding classes at whitehat junior https://code.whitehatjr.com/
My son got his own gmail account and I have parental control.
I first online class with whitehat junior the teacher asked my son to create a new gmail account in order to sign up to code.org.
I told her he had one. She said he needs one where he is 21 years of age otherwise he will not be able to upload apps. I said there may be a good reason for this, but she insisted and took him through the process of making a new account where he is 21. this is the account [protected]@gmail.com
Find attached a screenshot of my complain to whitehat and their answer. I had multiple conversations with so called relationship managers with no results.
I am not ok with how this is going and I think you need to look into this. I think there is a good reason for parental control online and its important to protect children.

I have had the run around with google today and have tried a number of international phone calls and I can't see to find a way to speak with someone. I am appalled at how hard it appears to be to find someone to talk to. My father is 70 years old and no matter how hard we try to recover his password we can't and despite my email address looking similar to his they've decided it's not close enough. I am very upset with the lack of service and regard for those that are less tech-savvy. My father will lose any and all information associated with that email account if I can't find a way for google to help. I am happy to verify any and all information either myself or with my father.

Please, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Google's Trust agents, 1 they hacking my computer so I cannot use my account in Facebook, do not allow me to reset passwords in google or microsoft. It is saving my password account's to every google accounts even to account when I say never save. I received an email from someone that said that my computer do not suppose to be running. I got afraid and I delete by mistake, but this let me know why and how my computer was damaged in not working. I had to paid my money to get it fix. Whosoever, it be, now is trying to stop my software from working by tracking my every moves on web site. If it continues, I will report google and those whom work at the company from damage my property and from invading my privacy why on computer and searching the web sites.

I have been a google user since 2000's and previously used picasa which I saved lots of my photos. Then one day I got a messege that my account was suspended. And could not buckup my data. I tried to ask on googles site but I didnt get any help and I lost a lot of my old photos. I have never been upset in my life. They could have just let me get my picasa photos.

On 10/29/2020 I checked my bank account then app and realized my rent $ of 200$ was fraud entry taken for google *YouTube super I don't have my card linked to google nor do I use YouTube I closed my card and contacted bank I requested refund then google on the 29th still no word back! I never knew how common it was to be fraud by google! Who would've thought!

My bank statement shows two unauthorized charges dated 10/24/2020 for ($54.11 & $37.88) from google*espn plus mountain view ca. Can you help resolve this or send me a phone number who will be able to take care of this situation. Please, I am requesting a refund of $91.99. Thank you.

I have a person that has been charged over $5000.00 in the past 7 months.

She does remember playing a few games back in April and did not authorize anything else. She request a full refund and that the charges be stopped. The customer is over 70 years old and lives on a fixed income. This is taking it to far to allow someone to pull all her money out of her account and not leave her enough to live on. This is so disappointing for a business to allow this. This is a well known company and for this to happen is terrible.

In the past 3 years I have complained and contested thousands, yes thousands, of dollars in unauthorized charges due to tap baseball. Currently in another dispute with my bank. This company will steal your money. Over $1000.00 in the past 3 months. U can cancel subscriptions and even change card info, but somehow the manage to continue making charges in small increments that add up fast. Google play has refunded less than 50 dollars but Glu has not refunded a dime if these fraudulent charges. I have had to contact my bank and contest the charges. As a working family these charges can break us and there's no relief. Terrible company. I make sure to tell everyone how they steal money from you and do nothing.

My surprise now is that despite the one recognize by Jamb for password reset is not receiving messages and its shown password reset has been sent to this mail akposeri. m2020@gmail.com I can't find it the email is empty. Kindly assist me to fixed this problem of mine before it get out of hands. I was illegally charged $5.42 twice on 9/29/20. I have no idea who this charge is from. None the less it is fraudulent. Please contact me @ [protected]@optimum.net to resolve this fraud. A full refund is required. Per your advice I'm making this more than 350 letters.

I'd like to voice my deepest consternation in relation to the so called "Jewish baby strollers" advertised on Google. These photos show ovens, a clear reference to the Holocaust in which many millions died (6 million of them Jewish). This is clear a form of hate speech and is grossly offensive, not to mention disturbing. Antisemitism is on the rise and this sort of disgusting behaviour must NOT be tolerated. Google has the responsibility to rectify this.

Had callers about my property they wish 2 buy. No for sale sign posted. Its vacant and boarded. I'm called repeatedly from google phone numbers. I save numbers & informed them to remove my number and stop. They are anonymous and arrogant. So later they call back. Knowing I have no recourse. I have had a hacker who has taken over my gmail accounts and have changed all of my two step authentication. I have been asking google to freeze the accounts and do an investigation and they refuse because I can't prove that the accounts belongs to me, because they have been hacked. I would like some advice please. They have posted my patients information in cloud storage accounts without my consent. They have access to my financial information because of the emails. They have rerouted all of my emails so that they go to one central location. Please advise

Since July 2019 as far as I know, there have been hundreds of charges to my bank card/ account. This has set me back thousands of dollars, not to mention any over draft that may have occur because of it. Listed things like Google play, Talking Tom for Buffalo Studio. I am 70 years of age and on the occasion of playing anything, it has been in the form of casino and not very often. I rarely make a purchase on these games. I seek to be refunded for all of these charges to my account which I'm sure they have a record of since they are currently making charges to my account. I will thank you to see to this ASAP!

The #700 deducted from me was for google Activision mountain view please I need a refund back as soon as possible. Cause I'm not aware of such transaction for any reason. I was debited from my zenith bank account.

Google has gone into my private Google drive files and removed them without permission or authorization, thus violating my right to property and free speech.

I do not recall requesting Google to carry out censorship on my account.

Under what authority has Google presumed to act?

This seems a violation of UK Consumer, UK property, and European Human Rights laws. Does Google believe it is above the law?
