I have been scammed by a merchant Google *Google Play g.co/helppay# CA. I am reporting this business in hopes that he does not scam anyone else. I immediately reported this scam to my credit card, Citibank. they said they are valid charges were a scam and not fraud. Please be advised that these are not valid charges and I nor anyone authorized by me made these charges. These charges were made by a someone else and Citibank is not helping me recover these charges. The name of the person who made these charges is Gerry Migwi on 11-16-2020 at the traced New York phone number [protected] who had a very bad pakistaian accent. The charges total $100.00, 4 - $50.00. I am reporting this person as the person who make the invalid charges and the merchant who approved these charges on on my citi credit card statement as Google *Google Play g.co/helppay#CA. Citibank refuses to help me recover these charges as they indicate they are not responsible. Their investigation resulted in a scam and not fraud. First, citibank did not provide a complete through investigation on this scammer. AGAIN, these are not valid charges made by me. As he is doing business with Google, please investigate all complaints against them. I will send a copy of this complaint to the FBI, my credit bureaus Experian and Equifax as well as the Federal Trade Commission and the BBB. Please send me a response once you have investigated this google scammer. Please forward this complaint to the correct google department if I have erroneously sent it to the wrong department.

I had 400 shares of fitbit. you olny paid me for 200 shares I tried to get your phone number from TD Ameritrade they gave me a bad email address. gladys Jacobs. ph. [protected] or [protected]@gmail.com

Someone wrote a fake review on my google business page then blocked me from making a comment on this review. I dont even know who this person is. I tried to message him and wasnt successful becuase he blocked me from commenting then blocked me from even seeing the post. My attorney sent the fake review to google for review and months later they said we can't seem to find the review.
The violation clearly violates googles own policies against writing a review without a real name and then blocking the business from defending the complaint that alledgely took place.

Bought a Google play card at my local CVS store, I saw the woman activate the card, I got home, scratched the foil covering of the back, and took pix of card, receipts and sent it to my fiancé', she went to redeem it and was sent a text, the card was already redeemed? How can this be? I will send u all the pix u need.

I called Bank helpline as mentioned above, they guide me that following website charged the amount:-
"GOOGLE.BENDING SPOONS G.co/HELPPAY"

I don't know, what type of website it is. I never log in or subscribed to this website.

Kindly do the needful to return the money as early as possible

Bought a brand new tablet from Agos for my daughter in 2017
Daughter received an ipad from her mother and partner a few months later and left tablet with me.
Tablet was left on my bookcase for 3 years and upon realising I need a tablet tried to access the tablet but could not remeber the log in details.
Neither my daughter nor myself can remember details for accessing tablet and the mobile number I used is long gone.
I have successfully accessed the back up emails attached to my daughters login but the tablet still requires her details.
Contacting Acer and following their suggestions to reinstall the operating system has not worked and the contact number for Google supplied is unavailable due to the pandemic.
Upon research, Google will not help concerning issues that work with an email address and there is no way to contact someone to help restore the tablet.
I have all details including the purchase receipt linked to my bank account to prove ownership but no one to deal with the concern.
This has rendered a virtually brand new tablet that has cost me £197 useless.
The tablet uses Google android software and despite being produced by Acer, its the operating system preventing access and therefore Google should offer solutions and support for an issue caused by their operating system rendering a device paid for by me inoperable.

IT IS SO ANNOYING! I have to turn on incognito mode to make sure that google isn't watching me. I have some weird microphone problem when i go on google almost like a very faint and distorted voice, this leads me to believe the government is hiding something from us, something big

Google has changed so every time I type something up it goes to yahoo search engine not the usual one. I think yahoo! And wikipedia is bad google was good now it is bad. If you are reading this then change it or I will carry on sending in complaints, also you should be able to have a lot less characters than 350 because that is too much to wright a simple complaint.

I have found 7 charges of 0.81 on my account on the 30th of January that I haven't made. The charge that it came from was Bigo [protected] ca. I am in the UK. Please stop this from happening and put the money back in my account .

I would like to report this unrecognized charge/purchased from my debit card. It cost me 392.82 pesos. This activity doesn't appear in my purchased history so I can't report it but in my bank account history it appears that I make a purchased with this. Please help me.

I got a Google Pixel 4a 5g for Christmas just after 3 weeks of having it quit charging seemed like something was wrong with the USB. When I took it to the Xfinity store they told me to contact google and they would send me a new phone. I contacted google and they told me I could send it in and it would take 1-7 days it has been over 2 weeks now and I have been running in circles constantly fighting with their support system this is utterly ridiculous, stupid, unacceptable and so unprofessional. I should have just switched back to apple. After two weeks no one has any updates for me. I understand that we are in a pandemic and covid and everything. But really if it's going to take this long you need to say something and keep your customers up to date on what is going on and not just act clueless. Also, on Sunday I raised the problem about not hearing back so they said they would get in touch with their specialist it's Friday now and they still don't have an update. I have tried everything and have had it with them. My mother even tried to email and they sent her back an email telling her she would have to fill out a form and they emailed her back with no form and no number to call. I've tried to call their number but it tells you to go online. I've chatted them and asked to talk to management but they have refused to give me contact to them. After this I don't want to be a Google customer anymore and I am going to make sure I warn everyone I know and tell them never to buy google products! I will never buy from them again and I will be switching back to apple.

You should be aware that purchases I make to play the game Boards Kings are not arriving on my game. The game has problems freezing up, or app closing in the middle of play. More time than not the game freezes during a purchase and I don't get it. I've tired my best to work with Board Kings and they are impossible. They refuse to admit the game has problems. Therefore,
I will need to dispute the charges when I don't get what I pay for. You should know they do not work with customers and deny accountability for any issues with the game. Sorry but I have not choice in the matter.
