Goodwill Industries review: Manager

I was in your Saugus California store or Santa Clarita store on bouquet Canyon and I had a return with the receipt and your manager said that the tag on the clothes didn't match what what it was however when I purchased the shirt it had no tag and your people went and put a tag on it I bought it so basically your manager went through this whole thing how I probably took the tag off and did this or that insinuating that I'm some kind of lowlife piece of [censored] that would do that who in the hell hired this woman she is not worthy of working in a store she has no clue what she's doing and argues with the customers I had my receipt I had it it it was a matching outfit so therefore think About it you are not allowed to try on clothes they assured me that if it didn't fit I could bring it back so that is what I did and they refused to take it back after she insinuates I've basically change the tag out as if I even know how to do that it's absurd and I'm sure people do it to you but I am not the kind of clientele that would do something like that and I am tired of the store and the [censored] that goes on it gets the right people to work here you have a revolving door of employees I don't understand and I'm upset and I want anybody to know that She is the manager or says she was that's working today 7:21 PM I didn't catch your name because I was so upset I left in a hurry
