I am an employee who is frustrated with hospitality manager who pretty much does whatever she wants after our GM manager goes home for day.
On her cell phone and ignoring our workers and customers. Tried to have to her handle a customer trying to take out free food to go and not paying, she was outside and no where to be found to handle situation. Customer got their way and illegally taking food out of our buffet, because our hospitality manager Jen was no where to be found to handle situation. Also, she is always talking to her husband who frequently comes to visit her, while she should be working on the clock.
