We have experienced continuous service interruptions since November 9, 2025, during and after Typhoon Uwan. Communications were severely affected, and the area became even more isolated due to the unavailability of electricity for eight days. Neighboring municipalities located about 10 km away—and even farther—are now able to enjoy stable Globe signal, while our area continues to experience service issues.
Given these circumstances, I respectfully request Globe Telecom to:
Investigate the cause of these disruptions, now ongoing for 11 days.
Restore and secure our connection to ensure stable and uninterrupted service.
Recommend any available measures to safeguard against future service interruptions.
