I filed a complaint through Globe Assist on Messenger regarding the disconnection of my mobile line [protected]. Despite being assisted by several Globe agents, the issue remained unresolved. I then requested that the matter be escalated to Technical Support. My reference number is [protected].
I paid the outstanding charges reflected in the Globe App, which subsequently confirmed that my account was "all set." One of the Globe agents also confirmed that my account had already been reactivated, and I was instructed to perform several troubleshooting steps.
However, when I later followed up with Globe Customer Service by phone, I was informed that my line could not be restored because there were still unbilled charges amounting to over ₱9,000.
I do not wish to pay these alleged charges until I receive the corresponding Statement of Account (SOA), as I do not believe I incurred roaming charges on July 14. I would like to review the billing details before making any additional payment.
I have attached screenshots of my conversations with Globe agents, the Globe App confirmation, and other relevant information to support my complaint.
I respectfully request that this matter be resolved as soon as possible, as I will be leaving the country on July 28 and need my mobile service restored before my departure.
Desired outcome: Reconnection of services before July 28.

That is a classic bureaucratic trap, and you are right not to pay a peso without seeing the bill. Here is the practical move: send a formal email to Globe's legal/compliance department with your reference number and explicitly demand the detailed SOA for the ₱9,000 within 48 hours, citing the July 14 date you dispute. Also, file a complaint with the National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) online right now, attaching your screenshots, because that often forces a dedicated resolution team to prioritize your case. Since you leave on July 28, call Globe's hotline and ask for a "temporary reactivation" for international roaming purposes while the dispute is ongoing; they can do that, but you must use the word "dispute" and reference the NTC filing. Do not pay until you see the proof.
