Using GlobeOne app, I ordered "Change SIM (Physical SIM)" on 12/13/2025 (ref. #UP5G-2532089905) and paid Php110 via GCash (payment ref. #GLA-1765603141181122). App acknowledged to "process the order within 24 hours." After a week of waiting, I inquired via FB messenger chat (ref. #180418429) on 12/18/2025. After many fruitless follow up/s, I decided to go the nearest Globe Center (SM City Valenzuela). Right then and there, within 2 minutes, they are able to change my physical SIM for only Php50. I instructed the Service Rep. there to cancel my original order via app, but I am not sure if he forwarded my cancellation request. I haven't received my Php110 refund up to now. Please help with my refund and the cancellation request, as I do not want another physical SIM upgrade.
