I am writing to formally report and request immediate assistance regarding repeated disruptions to our internet service at my residence located at No. 148 C, corner D Aquino St, 9th Ave, West, Brgy 60, Caloocan City.
We have experienced a pattern of internet service interruptions that appear suspicious and may be connected to external interference. The following incidents have been documented through CCTV footage and observations:
1. September 5, 2025 – Our internet line was cut. CCTV footage shows the landlord’s vehicle stopping in front of our gate at the time of the incident.
2. Shortly after September 5, 2025 – An individual appeared at our gate during the early morning hours, which was captured on CCTV. This coincided with another service disruption. The person later denied involvement.
3. October 19, 2025 – Our CCTV recorded the landlord’s vehicle near our gate at 9:24 a.m. and again at 9:41 a.m. At 9:43 a.m., our internet line was once again disrupted. A neighbor, along with barangay officials, confirmed the presence of the vehicle during this period.
Given the repeated nature of these events, I respectfully request Globe Telecom to:
1. Investigate the cause of these disruptions and determine whether any external tampering has occurred.
2. Restore and secure our internet connection to ensure stable and uninterrupted service.
3. Recommend any available measures (e.g., physical line protection or service relocation) to safeguard against further interference.
We have CCTV footage, and photographs, aid your investigation. These interruptions have impacted our daily activities, safety, and communication, and we are seeking immediate resolution.
