I would like to file a formal complaint against Globe Telecom regarding their FamSURF999 promo. On September 22, 2025, I registered for FamSURF999 using the number [protected], amounting to ₱999. The promo should provide unlimited data for 30 days, but until now, the unlimited data has not been working despite being successfully charged.
I have repeatedly contacted Globe through their support channels, but I have only received generic replies citing “system enhancement” and no actual resolution. They have also closed conversations without fixing the issue. This is highly unacceptable and has caused me financial loss and inconvenience.
I am requesting the intervention of your office to compel Globe to either:
Restore the FamSURF999 service immediately, or
Refund/adjust the ₱999 I paid.
Attached are the screenshots of my conversations with Globe showing their failure to provide proper assistance, including proof of the transaction and registration of the promo.

Desired outcome: I respectfully request that Globe provide a resolution by either:1. Restoring the FamSURF999 unlimited data service as it should be working,2. Refunding/ crediting back the 999 load to my account if the service cannot be delivered.
