To Globe Customer Support,

I respectfully request your assistance in reactivating and recovering my Globe prepaid SIM number 0966 629 7634, which was deactivated around March due to my failure to regularly load the account.

I sincerely apologize for allowing the SIM to expire. Unfortunately, I was unaware that the number would be permanently deactivated because of prolonged inactivity. As soon as I realized what had happened, I immediately began contacting Globe support to seek assistance. However, despite my repeated follow-ups, I have not yet received a solution regarding the recovery of my number.

This mobile number is extremely important to me because it is linked to many essential accounts and services, including:

• GCash
• Facebook
• TikTok
• YouTube
• Banking and ATM-related services
• Job applications and employment records
• Personal contacts and important communications
• Various online accounts that require OTP verification

Losing access to this number has caused significant inconvenience and has put several of my important accounts at risk because I can no longer receive verification codes and security notifications.

I am humbly requesting that Globe kindly check whether my number 0966 629 7634 is still available for recovery and, if possible, allow me to reactivate it or replace the SIM while retaining the same mobile number. I am willing to comply with all verification requirements and provide valid identification and proof of ownership to support my request.

I have been a Globe user and I sincerely hope that consideration can be given to my situation. I respectfully ask for your compassion and assistance in helping me regain access to this important number.
