Since my internet connection indicates no internet access but the modem are all green and blinking, then March 27,2026 I tried to report it via Globe One app but the app keep on redirecting me thru messenger which the next day I did and I hot a message that a technician will come on march 31 8:00am-12:00pm to check it but when that day comes at 9:31am I got a message that the visit will be moved April 1 for PM, and to clearly mention no technicians went but I got a message from globecare at 4:20pm that they've check the lines and there's no problem, that I should just refresh the modem which I did but still no Internet access. I reported before the holiday but unfortunately til now i still dont have internet.
