LOS since March 24, 2026. A ticket was raised: [protected] scheduled for tech visit on March 27, 2026. No technician was deployed. No one reached out and all globe hotlines do not connect me to a live representative so i can follow-up on my request. The GlobeOne App is faulty and tells me to use the Messenger Bot to follow-up on my request but even GIE (the bot) is unable to check the status of my open ticket. I AM SO DISAPPOINTED.
Desired outcome: I need a technician to fix my connection. And I need your hotlines to connect callers to live representative because your app is USELESS.
