Hi Sir/Ma'am,

Nag pakabit po kami ng Gfiber Prepaid wifi at na install lang noong March 10,2026.Pero ang problema hindi namin sya magamit kasi No Internet Connection naman isa araw lang namin nagamit then nawala na ang signal kaya di na namin magamit. Hoping na ma actionan po agad kasi badly need din po ng wifi sa bahay.

Attached ko po details sa wifi namin for immediate action.
