Applied for GFiber on February 16, 2026 with scheduled installation on February 17, 2026. Technician never updated and asked for work permit every day until installation on February 20, 2026 at 3pm. He only advised that internet is accessible after one hour, but it was a scam. Still no internet until now, February 21, 2026. All modes of reporting via messenger and their GlobeOne app were usesless since only chatbots were replying and proceeds to end calls prematurely without any further action and no resolution of the problem.
