I'm writing this complain about the technician LORDIERAY ENCABO who visited for a "repair" last Feb 15, 2026, Sunday. After concluding that the issue is at the "Box" they will endorse the issue to the ISP provided itself, Globe. However, several days pass, until the new technician visited us yesterday Feb 19, 2026, that I was informed that LORDIERAY didn't endorse the issue to the ISP Provider, wasting several days.
I've been patient as connection issue mostly gets fixed not later than 2days. However, it is starting to affect me on a daily basis. I have an upcoming online exam this Saturday and I cannot afford to risk taking the exam using data only. The exam is strictly given to the registered address.
Please fix this IMMIDIATELY! OTHERWISE, I'LL HAVE MY PLAN DISCONNECTED
