Called for remedy or fix for a pair of sunglasses I purchased 6 months ago. On their app no orders shown where they should have been 4, when first order the first 2 took over a month to recieve, what I recievfed sunglasses were wrong presubscription and other wee just reading glasses, not the lenses I ordered, sent 2nd pair of each sunglasses were good but after very little use and less than 6 months lense popped out, ther were going to replace with 26% off new pair, I don’t think I was unreasonable to expect a repair or replace at no cost, other glasses I recieved had the thickest lens that I ever had and I was never able to use. Don’t bye from them unless you expect delays and poor warranty and people on phone are 0 help
