I have been trying to purchase 2 pairs of prescription glasses for 2 days now I have tried pay pal and 2 other debit cards. I attempted using the app. The website, incognito mode, and also through the phone and they couldn't help me process my payment, they just told me to try another payment method.. this is incredibly frustrating and the guy on the phone was so bad at his job i kept trying to give him my cart id number to make it easier on all of us but he wouldn't take it and just kept asking me to tell him the glasses that I was trying to buy manually which would have been another headache on it's own to try to explain to him all of the upgrades that I added on to my orders so I had to hang up and try again with another agent buy when calling the phone number the automated message says that your wait time is 5 minutes but I've been on hold waiting for over 23 minutes already.. this entire experience has been a nightmare and I am not happy with their level of service or support...
Desired outcome: For the company to fix whatever issues they are having in taking payments and to at least reach out to me to help me complete my order before the coupon that I'm trying to use expires
