Even Realities Even G2 prescription smart glasses (Order #24479712011)

I ordered custom Even G2 prescription smart glasses for $1,027 total. Even Realities manufactured the lenses with the prescription sphere SIGN REVERSED -- positive (farsighted) instead of negative (nearsighted). They are completely unusable; I cannot focus through them past about six inches. Their own agent admitted in writing that I omitted the minus sign...
