Glasses USA review: Poor customer service; lack of timely updates on order

Originally my order was to be shipped in 3-6 days. That was the selling point for me as I could get them locally for much cheaper, but it was going to take longer. It’s now been 16 days (11 business days) and still my glasses have not shipped. Even more frustrating is I can’t reach a person to tell me what’s going on. I’m retired and I have lots of time on my hands, but I’d rather not spend it writing bad reviews for your company on every platform I can find. Please, just a person to help me understand what’s going on. Thank you.
