I purchased glasses over a week ago and paqid e3xtra for expedited shipping. When I attempt to track my purchase it says no order # exist with the number I was given from them. I verified that I have entered it correctly. I tried to call the help line and also the chat but it is impossible to talk to a human. The chat tells me to verify that my information is correct. Which I have done over and over. I wish I had read the reviews for this company. Terrible customer Service and cheatted me out of shipping $ also. DO NOT BUY GLASSES FROM THEM!
Desired outcome: a correct tracking # and a email telling me when I can expect my glasses and be refunded my money for expedited shipping.
