I ordered sunglasses for my wife on December 6. I still haven't received them. Since they are a Christmas gift, I reached out and asked that my order be completed and overnighted to me. The customer service chat gave a lot of information but nothing responsive to my request. I asked for how I could register a complaint. I was given an email address. When I sent a complaint to the email address, I got an auto-response saying the email was not monitored.
Desired outcome: To receive my order asap.
