I purchased the cuties mandarin oranges as well as the esskay low sodium ham 3 days ago. I opened the pre sliced ham for lunch and it was greasy and smelled like it was starting to sour. I threw it out after paying almost $10 for it. The mandarin oranges were soft even though I refrigerated them when I got home. I peeled them and they were sour and tasted rotten. You're Rehoboth Beach Delaware store has gone so down hill since I moved here a few years ago. I've been shopping at Giants for the past 20 years in MD and this is VERY disappointing! With the prices you are charging loyal customers, I am now going to shop elsewhere, even as I've spent thousands of dollars with you over the years! VERY DISAPPOINTED!

We trade at the colesville giant. I understand your concerns about theft, but the service problems have become severe. We can no longer use self checkout with more than 20 items, but there is normally only one open checkout lane. I am often 5th or 6th in line. The delays have become very long. I can shift to Safeway, but the hassle of changing the associated pharmacy means that I will not return if I decide to change. You need a different answer.

I called the customer service number because I was unable to log in to my account to load the coupons on my card, I gave the lady my card number

[protected] and my email address and explain to her when I try to login

The site said contact customer service, she asked if I try to reset my password and I told her I did, but it still was not working, she put me on a long hold came back to the phone and said she will have to put my card information into the system and she came back to the phone againand I said its still not working and she hung up on me

This is terrible, your store said I need to load the coupons up on the computer in order to use the coupons, your customer service hangs up on me

Maybe we should just use safeway or shoppers it seems like you don't want some of our business and you have coupon sales that you don't want anyone to use so they can just pay full price

We're trying to put food on the table with these high prices already but I guest it"s not enough you need more money

The rotisserie chicken salad is continuously prepared with the chicken gristle left in. Gristle is a type of connective tissue that is primarily found in an animal's ligaments and surrounding muscle groups. It is stretchy & tough and ruins an otherwise delicious chicken salad. Imagine biting into a chicken salad sandwich at lunchtime and chewing a piece of gristle; it is truly a turnoff and it's not right to serve it this way. The onus should not be on the customer to take the gristle out of a deli chicken salad.

My experience has been from 2018-present. I'm not a regular shopper in this Giant since I moved farther away but I enjoy the tuna salad mostly so I stop in this store from time to time. I get the chicken salad less often but it is so good that I keep trying it hoping that the gristle is removed.

I have become accustomed to picking the gristle out of the salad myself. I have never complained to the manager because they are unapproachable & it is not worth the stress. The chicken salad is very good, just please have the gristle removed before selling.

I am very unhappy with the self check out limit of 20 items. You are penalizing your larger spenders. The self check out I was directed to had three people in line and is not set up to conveniently unload a cart and then load it with scanned items. And check out counters with staff are always slow and limited. You have made my shopping experience much worse.

I went to giant with my mom today. It was nice except when I returned the cart, the cart attendant muttered behind me “don’t break anything. Crazy” all because I pushed the cart into the cart parking lot that they have and it hit the metal gate. It’s metal against metal nothing is going to break. It’s not even his property. I don’t get what his problem was but he shouldn’t be talking about customers. It made me want to cry.

The Deli manager at Giant Food Store, Potomac Station Store # 0250 was extremely rude. Not once but few instances where she doesn’t care about customer at all, she is not willing to help, very rude and was instead busy berating and humiliating that poor elderly woman that she works with. Treats her like her personal slave all while we customer waiting to be service. She totally belittle and was yelling to that hard working old woman. She should be terminated! Giant Grocery Store or any company's that I know of doesn't do that to their employees in front of their customer and neglect the service as well and extremely rude.

I suggest that the manager with a picture hanged on the wall from that store be investigated and terminated to set an example and hire a manager who truly cares and puts the workers and customers first.

April 11th at 3:50 pm an employee by the name of Ras began banging on the door while i was attempting to breastfeed my daughter. His banging caused my daughter to begin crying and she would no longer feed. He said that i was in the bathroom for a long time and needed to come out, he said that he needed to be going home at 4pm and he banged on the door four separate times. I know for a fact that i was in the bathroom for less than twelve minutes because my husband was still on the phone with me. I do not appreciate the disrespect, i work in customer service and that is not how you treat people that provide the money for your paycheck. I spoke to someone about his behavior but they were also rude to me as well. A man with long dreads who was standing around doing absolutely nothing.

For over 40 years Giants has been my family's favorite store to shop. Ive never had an incident until today. An employee Christine was extremely rude and made statements that should not be heard by paying customers. This employee got mad because i didn't see a lady in a wheelchair coming through the main isle. When i saw the lady i moved to the side and allowed her to go by. Unfortunately the rude employee made several comments towards me in a hateful manor. I will never ever go back the Giants again. I will make sure every family member and friend never go to giants again.

I have been a patron of the store for the past 20 years. The people that work there are always very nice and very courteous. Today when I went into the store, did my grocery shopping I found out that I was only allowed to check out 20 items through the self check out. Personally, I hate the self check out it’s clunky and typically does not work as well as it should. Unfortunately, I had more than 20 items and there were only two people working the check out and the line was

extraordinarily long, Sunday morning no less. I realize trying to find.

Employees to work at giant must be difficult

But there comes a time where convenience

Vs price is coming to play. Besides the level of inconvenience the level of safety in the parking lot is questionable. I would never say that I would never shop at giant but I did go up to the Whole Foods and finish the rest of my shopping there. Costly yes but worth the time savings
