My name is kiena Hicklen I been waiting at this giants in dundalk 21222 for over an hour for my pick up order. My time slot is 7-8 pm I check in at 7pm and it's now 8:15 amd haven't received my order. Just went in there for the 3rd time and they tell me I have to wait another 30min for my order. This is bad customer services. Then he told me I have to wait for him to call me. Why do I have to wait for him to call. My order should've been ready now and bought out to me. This bad customer service.
