Wine / beer; alcohol pricing
I visited Get Go, East McKeesport PA, I went in to buy a bottle of wine. I found a boxed wine with the self tag price of $12.99. When I went to check out, the price of the box wine rang up at $15.99, excluding tax. I asked for price review. A store employee went to the self and found the boxed wine. I showed him the tag price, $12.99. I asked if he would honor the $12.99 advertised price. The employee said there was nothing he could do because it is Against the Law to change the price. Question even if store misrepresented the price, he maintained there is nothing he can do. I cancelled the purchase.
Meat and hot foods workers

Plastic as everyone knows has become a big issue for our environment, so why is Giant Eagle taking 5 years to do away with plastic bags? We have started using our re-usable bags for shopping which are not expensive and actually very convenient (I always have plastic bags in the garage ready to take to recycle which means by the time I remember to take the bags they are becoming a real nuisance)

I went to your Willoughby, Ohio Giant Eagle at 5:55am when i noticed that almost every aisle was blocked off with cardboard end caps. I couldn't get down most of the aisles. This was a huge inconvenience so i went to Meijers. The aisles that weren't blocked by cardboard end caps, were blocked by employees filling the shelves . Shouldn't your employees fill the shelves at midnight ? This type of attitude speaks loudly to your customers. And i notice that the majority of your employees park near the entrance . Aamazon will be coming out with their drones soon and Giant Eagle cant afford to lose any more customers . The Willoughby Hills, Ohio Giant Eagle location had to close because of poor turnouts.
