Wendy at Grand & 107th not a friendly employee
Upon speaking with Wendy regarding an order, she was less than customer service friendly. She interrupted my conversation, never offered atonement, never apologized, nor said she would do anything to help out a lifelong customer except for say, she didn't get the information, redirect, couldn't help me, too bad, and left a bad experience that will be shared with others.
Recommendation: If Wendy is the associate, refrain and go to another.
Honest employee
I was at the express checkout yesterday at 4505 e thomas road in phoenix and put in cashback as I was paying for my food. I forgot to take my cash as I was checking out and I noticed this when I got home. I thought sure I had lost it, but decided to call customer service anyway. To my surprise, your employee, named David, saw that I had left it and put it aside in case I called. Customer service told me they had my money and that when I came in to ask for David. I did that today. David was so gracious and I complimented him on being honest. Fry's should be proud to have employees with such honesty and I will never forget that. An all out thanks to David for a job well done.
Recommendation: Fry's employees care for their customers.

My husband went into Frys yesterday to buy 3 packages of grapes for a wine tasting at our home, green, black and red. This store which we don't choose to shop very much anymore and just was another example why we don't! He would have to stand and wait in a long line so having a time frame to get home he went to a Self-Check Out which is pushed anyway. Instead of having people helping with those when a customer needs help, put them back behind a regular check out and offer Customer Service again instead of training us how to do the self- checkout! We are the customer and my husband, and I are seniors and we worked hard many years so why we should have to do your employees Job!
He had no idea since grapes are charged by the lb. so it took him waiting for someone to help him and then the person looked at him like what you don't know how to check yourself out! And when we do go through a regular line, we still seem to have to bag ourselves !
We used to love our Frys, but this is ridiculous and months ago I commented on FB, and someone replied to what store, and we will have someone get back to you Yeah right! Never heard a word!
Walmart Neighborhood market gets our business now and we never have to wait and never have to go to self-check-out and we never have to bag our own groceries!
And then we hear you're trying to merge and take over; we pray this never happens or you will ruin it for all the people. Or else start offering customer service again !

Greetings, Fry's Corporate Decision to charge first 50 cents and now 75 cents for CASH BACK is a SLAP IN THE FACE to long time customers.
WALMART and TRADER JOES do NOT charge for cash back.

I was in there at 10:30 this morning buying a few things for my family..
I went to use the self-checkout.
I put everything through and noticed that the Cheerios came out at $4.99 and not $3.99.
I told her that it came out wrong, and with a bad attitude she replied, "You have to purchase 5 to get that price."
After finishing, I walked back to check it out.
She was correct about the pricing, but the add stating this was all the way at the bottom of the boxes. "RIGHT ABOVE THE FLOOR!."
I had to squat down in order to see it.
She needs to learn how to treat customers without being rude.
Desired outcome: I would like a gift card for at least $20.00.I don't care for an apology from her because of her bad attitude.
Employee Joe at Cave Creek and Tatum
I have been a loyal shopper at the Fry’s store at Tatum and Cave Creek since 2017. Prior to that I shopped at Fry’s at Tatum and Bell in Phoenix since 1996. I typically spend over $200 per week. That totals over 10,000 per year and over a quarter of a million dollars since 1996. On October 7th I ate one donut and did not disclose it until rudely confronted by sacker Joe, who is in his early 50s, skinny and very rude. He told checker to charge me $1.00 for a donut after someone snitched on me. Apparently there are no perks for being a loyal long time customer. To be embarrassed over a $1.00 donut is not only insulting but shows me what you think of my business. I will be telling friends and family about this episode and encouraging them to boycott Fry’s. I will be shopping and the neighborhood Safeway from now on as apparently a $1.00 donut is more important to this Fry’s than over $200 per week that I spend. Joe has no sense of customer service and is a detriment to your brand.
