beware! you can hurt yourself!
My truck was rolled over on it's passenger side while driving on the interstate. The reason for the accident was both passenger rear wheels had fallen off the truck due to all ten lug nut studs just snapping off flush with the face of the axle.in other words, I lost wheels, tires, lug studs and nuts all in one instance. Law enforcement did not citate me for the wreck because I was not at fault for anything. Just from talking to people who run these trucks with cranes and mechanic bodies such as my truck was equipped, a caterpillar dealer in louisiana had this problem happen on two occasions. I am just lucky that I was not hurt and that no one was close enough to my accident on the interstate to damage their vehicle or put anyone else at risk. I was wondering if someone could investigate this situation nationally so this problem does not hurt or kill anyone else.

ford refused its warranty!
My Ford F250 Super Duty Powerstroke had to have the complete engine replaced at a cost of $12000. Even though the truck was still in warranty and expiring in one month Ford refused to honor its warranty.
Having the same problem with Ford not honoring warranty.
Purchased 2008 Ford Diesel Super Duty F-250 in Feb 2008. March 2009 brought vehicle into dealership because check engine light was on and truck was running rough (38, 000 miles ) truck was in the shop for approx week, dealership called said truck was fixed, I picked up vehicle from dealership, motor blew 15 miles after leaving service. Dealership replaced motor due to a coolant problem. It was taken to dealer MANY times for coolant problems, among other problems. July 2010 I took the truck to the dealership because white smoke was coming out to pipe, they had truck for a couple of days, called me a few days later saying there was nothing wrong with the truck, the diagnostics cost me $158. At 99, 000 (it has a 200, 000 mile warranty) it AGAIN was blowing white smoke (which they told me before that nothing was wrong)and dash lights did not show engine running hot. After getting home and unloading my equipment, I tried to start it with no luck. I had it towed to Auburn Ford, where I purchased vehicle. After about a week they asked me to authorize a new battery. I thought they had battery chargers. Later they called and authorized a rental for 20 days. Now they tell me it needs a new motor due to the radiator and the cost is on me. I have sent certified mail to Dearborn, MI (headquarters) Oct 27 and they maintain they do not have the letter. I can not reach anyone on the phone, nor find an address to send them all the info.
front coil spring failure
Like Sean, Malcolm and the others, I too, own a 2002 Ford Taurus and also had front coil spring failure, requiring replacement of both springs, a tire and sway bar links. I approached FORD about the recall covering [protected] Taurus and Sable models, and FORD informed me the recall was not applicable to my car. Its time for FORD to acknowlegde the problem has not been corrected and extend their recall to later model years.
There are several areas around the window seals and doors that the clear coat is bubbling up and peeling on my vehicle. I purchased an extended warranty but that does not cover any type of paint issues. Is there a recall for the paint?
i purchase my car with 19,000 miles my shift gears very hard, it been in the .4 times. what is the fix for i love the car.

Dealer Finnin Ford informed me of engine replacement need - coolant intrusion into cylinders. Not the first time they have seen this with this model - Obviously expected more than 61,000 miles from the vehicle.
I purchased a 2018 Ford ecosport s only after having the car for 4yrs it just stopped working. I've complained to Ford as the car needs a brand new engine amd they do not want to recall or take responsibility for anything! There has been many other complaints about the same car, with the same thing wrong! I guess I'm going to have to get a lawyer!

Lack of or no insulation on roof section.
I have a 2011 Ford Escape and I am having issues with the A/C. Brought my car into the Ford Dealer and they said they would need to charge me 170.00 dollars to diagnose the issue. I did some research and this is a known issue with the Ford Escapes and I was shocked that the dealer wanted to charge me 170.00 dollard just to look at it.
My vehicle has been sitting at the service center for a month now.
The service representative is incompetent at best or wort case scenario, has integrity issues. I have been told lies about when my car would be repaired and or status of a loner/rental car. Here hoping my car is repaired before 2024! Thanks Chris.
Started having problems with Ford Edge brake in June of 2022 - Still have problmems
On about January 28, 2023 the rear end of the 2016 Ford Edge started making a grinding noise in the middle of the axle, a week later super bad grinding noise, needs the rear axle completely replaced at about $1700. plus labor. This is a none serviceable part, my complaint is simple that a axle should not be bad at 101,000 miles.
I was notified my brand new fully paid for truck was to be delivered to the dealership for pick up. That was eight weeks ago!
It’s now Feb 3, 2023.
It’s ridiculous Ford can’t manage logistics and communicate properly to buyers.
Who ever is in charge needs to be fired!

I have recently applied for a mortgage, and received a copy of my current credit report. Since I was a victim of true-name-fraud, there were many accounts on the report that were not mine. Including one for a 99 ford explorer. I proceeded to call your customer service center so that I may receive a letter from your company stating that I have been erroneously reported. I spoke with 3 different customer service representatives. Each representative asked for my account number (the number was listed on my credit report).. I gave it to them, and they all told me the same thing. 'this is for a 99 ford explorer'. I proceeded to tell them that I do not.. And never have, owned a ford explorer. They asked for my social. So I gave it to them. Lo and behold, they tell me 'this isn't you on the account' (well, really.. I've been trying to tell you that) I asked for a letter stating what they had just told me. Unfortunatly, they cannot give account information to anybody but the account holder. (I was in possession of the account number). All I wanted was a piece of paper that cleared my name from a loan that wasn't even mine. I asked to speak to a manager. After a 5 minute screaming match, I finally yelled do you not possess the use of microsoft word?.. And hung up.
I had to file a police report, contact all three credit agencies, then hire a credit counseling service to get them to write a letter to the credit companies.
I feel disgusted. I have never, ever had a loan with these people. My credit is on the line, because they fail to check references. It's sad that somebody can go to a dealership and get a loan with my name and address and a different social number.
Thanks for nothing. You people are the worst business I have ever dealt with.

took truck for service at moses ford st. albans wv, told them left head light mounts were cracked, needed replaced, went to pickup was told ford denied coverage. if ford wants to lose future sales over 450.00 part so be it. US air had poor customer service and now they are out of business!
My vehicle was stolen hy Ford Barberton employees and nothing can be done seen as it is not a mechanicsl problem, how ridiculous. Will inform the media about this. Pathetic how this is allowed. Drinks spilled in my vehicle and driven around in the early mornings with over 3 hours idling. This is the kind of respect employees have for customers.
2016 Ford f150 - Keypad entry has factory code. Code has been stolen. Ford tells me code can not be changed. How is this possible? A code can not be changed in a computer? The Engineers are idiots. Wow - ah ever think this could be a security problem?
Constant problems with running boards. Close with door open. And stay open with door closed. Dangerous for handicapped wife and 2 year old child. Have been to the dealer 4 times for repairs. Case number is cas [protected].
