So I was browsing Hi-Low AutoSales online and I saw this sweet 2008 Nissan Quest for $6995, and I couldn't pass it up. But the thing is, I live in York, Pa which is a bit of a hike from their Ellicott City dealership. I called up the Cockeysville dealership to see if they could transfer the vehicle over and they said yes, but I had to fill out some thing called a buyer order. I was confused but the nice lady, Cherri S, said she'd email me a copy. When she did, I noticed that the price of the car was listed as $8595 and there was a $300 processing fee! I emailed Cherri back and told her that I didn't wanna pay no processing fee and that they had advertised the car for $6995. She said she'd talk to her manager and call me back, but I never heard from her after that. I even sent her a link to show the correct price! I just wanted to let y'all know about their not so great practices, I ain't tryna get nothing outta them.

I bought a 2015 Chevy Tahoe from Hi-Lo Auto Sales of Maryland Inc. and it's a total dud! This car's a "LEMON". They still haven't done enough to deal with the problem.

I buy 2011 Hyundai Sonota on Jan. 29, 2020. Engine, it locked. Return it to Hi-Lo Auto Sales of Maryland Inc. on May 31. Still under warranty 100%, but they want 500.00, say it common for happen with 100.00 miles. They put 80.000 engine in charge 500.00. It under warranty! I not pay, want refund now.

I buyed BMW 435 I Xdrive from Hi Lo. I smelled burning oil driving to Texas after buying it. When I took car to garage weeks later (car was in my garage while I travelled for work), I found problem. Car has many problems, surprised they let me drive car to Texas like that. After 2 different mechanics look car ($200 ea), found out car sold like this and repairs cost almost $6,600. I told GM of Hi Lo this and he started ducking my calls. They always let my calls go to voicemail now...

Bought a car from Hi-Lo Auto Sales of Maryland Inc. on Aug 27th. The Chevy Colorado's key fob didn't work, and they said they'd fix it on Monday. But they didn't, and now I have two separate devices to operate my vehicle. I talked to Craig the GM, and he sent me to Mike who said the truck was already at market price and that's the best they could do. Should've told me about the key fob problem before I got it. Not good business practice. Spent 32k on this truck.

The car experience was terrible. The body damage was seen before leaving the car lot. There was a dry rotted belt causing awful noises that need fixing probably needs a pully or tensioner. The oil was overfilled too much and risking blowing a gasket or seal. There was also a taillight, appearing as though it was filled with glue, making MD inspection questionable. The car needs alignment as it pulls to the right. They offered me $100 to go fix it myself. There was no key access, missing from inside fob. Given one fob, you can't access glovebox without a key because it's locked. They won't cover it if the issue is fixed. The vehicle was filthy. The passenger vent assembly is broken and falls out. It needs replacing. The tires were all under PSI. They promised to fix everything to standards, but nothing has been done yet.

I went to Hilo Auto Sales in Maryland with my husband hoping to buy a used Jaguar on 16 Oct. We had a Ford we wanted to trade in, and we asked Hilo to pay a certain amount for it. We told them not to run my credit until we agreed on the price for the Ford. They agreed. Then they tried to sneak the extra cost of the Ford into the total for the Jaguar. We caught their sneaky plan and were going to leave, but found they still ran my credit without my permission. They ruined my credit, and now I want all those credit inquiries from 3-4 different banks and lenders taken off my credit report. Not cool, Hilo Auto Sales!

I bought a 2019 Ram Promaster from Hi-Lo Auto Sales of Frederick in Feb 2021. They said it passed Maryland inspection. But when I took it for Virginia inspection a few weeks later, it failed for brake light problems. I had to pay $500 to replace the wiring and light. Even though Hi-Lo Auto initially agreed to pay for the fix, they later refused. The catalytic converter was also damaged and so was the radiator. Both needed replacing. But Hi-Lo Auto and the insurance company won't cover these costs. I've hardly used the van - less than 2,000 miles. It's clear the van was sold to me with all these problems. Hi-Lo Auto willingly sold me a damaged van without letting me know. I want them to either pay for the repairs or give me a refund/trade-in option.

I bought a car, an Acura MDX in 2018, on February 27 from Hi Lo Auto Sales in Frederick MD (1427 W. Patrick St., Frederick MD phone: [protected]). I'm from WV. The staff at Hi Lo Auto Sales said they would help with my paperwork to change the title and tags over to WV, but they haven't done it yet. As of today, 5/25, it still hasn't been done. Hi Lo Auto Sales told me that my paperwork was lost. Today I called the WV DMV and they haven't received any paperwork from Hi Lo Auto Sales. The staff at Hi Lo Auto Sales told me today that they couldn't extend my car's temporary tags in Maryland. The temporary tags have already been extended once for 30 days. The WV DMV told me today that I could get a ticket or get my car towed if I drove with expired tags and registration in WV. So, after May 28, I won't be able to drive my car. There's no solution in sight.

I buy a BMW from Hi-Lo Auto Sales of Maryland Inc. at Ellicott City shop on April 22nd but I no get my car yet. They take my vehicle to do work without telling, and when I go to collect my motor next day, they say it still not done. Now, it May 10th and I still no get my vehicle. When I call, every time I have to speak to different person and they tell me different things. I pay insurance for a car I don't even have and it making me mad every time they no give me straight answer. They tell me my car ready since last week, but they waiting for someone to bring it back to the shop. It all seem so unorganized. I put down $2,000, and I want my vehicle now. Someone, please help me with this problem.
