I’ve had my car for 2 1/2 years, I didn’t make sense to me but now that it’s almost paid off it does they’ve raised my car payment 3 times in the past 2 years and I just got a new job that pays me month so I went to monthly payments I started paying $208 bi weekly and now I’ve been paying $280 bi weekly they told me I have to pay $624 from now on monthly. They want me to get the car paid off faster and then I owe them $1200 for the title nobody ever said the car was leased I always thought I was buying. It’s sketchy.

! Car World Group, Inc. is the worst car dealer ever! Me and my wife were expecting a report from AGs office, but no news yet. All we want is to bring Car World to court for their terrible practices. Don't ever buy from this place!

car world group is the worst place you can go to get a car. My son went there and got a car and boom, 3 days later the transmission was kaput. It's been 2 weeks since and still no news on the car. It's totally messed up that they want the money and can't give proper service.

this place is super bad for buying cars from! they sold me a car that I have to pay for every two weeks but I can't drive it because the car system is really messed up. They won't give me a replacement even though it's still under warranty. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company! DO NOT buy from them!

Me and my buddies thought we'd head to Car World in Benton to pick up a new ride on Jan. 6. We told 'em straight up we were on bankrupt, chap 13 and the girl there said it was no big deal. She must've known it was a lie to sell us a car. Now we're in hot water with the bankrupt court and the car has so many dang problems we can't even drive it. That same girl said she'd pay for it, but then brought out the lawyers and threatened to sue us. Can you believe it? And they won't even fix the car now. We shelled out over $15K for this lemon and they lied to us and got us in trouble. Stay away from Car World, folks.

I didn't know that I couldn't take my car out of state for living reasons based on their policy until they refused to give me my tags. They claim that I need to return the car if I live out of state. They're keeping my tags, and I only have temporary tags. If I return the car, I won't receive anything except maybe a voluntary repossession. I paid $1500 down and made my first payment. The car jerks, the windshield wipers are old, and the A/C doesn't work unless it's cold outside. My horn doesn't work either. I'm not happy with how they treated me because they were unprofessional when detailing the car before I drove off the lot. An employee told me they were high on the job. This should've been taken care of before the car was sold to me. I asked for a copy of the policy that I agreed to, but they haven't sent it. They're not willing to help me. I don't recommend buying a car from here. I'm consulting a lawyer to help me with this issue.

My husband was a customer for 2 years. We decided to buy a car from them after my car was wrecked. We picked a 2017 Ford Fusion, but it had problems from day one. After several frustrating days, the Car World owner put me in touch with the manager. She was straightforward with me and her finance department helped me a lot. One of the girls in the finance department even picked me up from the shop because it was a bad neighborhood. They went above and beyond helping us. My husband's truck had a problem with the air, and they replaced it with no questions asked! If you spoke up and were honest with them, they would help you too. We will be Car World customers for life, and I will recommend them to everyone who needs a car.

DONT BUY CAR HERE, THEY CHEAT YOU! My son was tricked into leasing a car instead of buying it, Car World tricked him by pretending he was buying. They knew he was young and gullible and THEY TOOK ADVANTAGE OF THAT. Now they garnish his wages for $11K, even tho he hardly drove the car. They’re so dishonorable! If they checked his job status, they’d know he’s inexperienced and has a part-time job which does not pay enough to buy the car. At first, Car World said he was making monthly payments but after two weeks, they claimed he was behind and must pay $250 every two weeks instead. He couldn't afford that. They played on his naivety. The car they sold him was terrible! It didn't start or drive, and spent five days in the shop. When he told them he’d rather return it, they took 90 days to respond. He trusted Car World and gave $1,300 down for a car worth $16,762.73 on lease or sale. Car World never mentioned any extra payments for the car. Now they’ll garnish his wages for an awful car he returned! Car World pushed him into buying the car even though it didn't work. Someone from Hosro&Buchan took money from his pay for garnishment, but my son didn't even talk to them! I’ll report them to the attorney general and demand his money back.

My family is buying a car and we're trading in the one we bought from Car World. We paid it off back in December but we still haven't received the title. They told the dealership we're buying from that they sent it to my son, but the post office sent it back to them. Now they won't give it to us and say it's not their problem.

The car they sold my son was terrible. It kept shutting off while he was driving on the freeway. They sold him a warranty but refused to fix any of the problems he was having. They were extremely unhelpful and dishonest. They only care about making money.

The down payment my son made was the price they paid for the car. The other $10,000 was just extra profit for them. They don't care about the safety of their customers driving their low-quality cars. Dealing with this company has been a huge hassle.

I had some trouble with my car at the start of January 2022, but kept up my car note payments. I spent over $1,000 trying to sort out the issues. After putting my car on a machine, I found out the transmission was on the way out. I contacted my dealer, Car World Group, and explained the situation. They told me my warranty was no longer valid, so they towed my car to a garage called ***, where they would fix it and add the charges to my car payment balance.

A month later, I called to check up on my car and was told by the person who was supposed to fix it that they were waiting for permission from my dealer to proceed. I contacted my dealer, and they told me that the owner had changed his mind about covering the costs. They said he wouldn't get the car fixed even though they had promised me they would take care of it. They still have my car at ***, so I'm without a ride. They won't let me speak to the owner, and they never told me he had changed his mind. I didn't think he could go back on his word after saying he would handle everything.

I'm still without a car, and I've spent more money getting back and forth to work and taking my kids to school each day. Instead of fixing my car, they're suggesting I trade it in, even though I'm almost finished paying for it. It would mean a lot to me if they took care of the charges and just added them to my balance. I need my car and help getting it fixed by them. All I want is for my car to be repaired.
